That's the only place where I think I should be able to manage to get 2 planets, which gets me closer to the 6 planets outside my home system objective. You've already got 5 planets outside your home system, you only need 1 more. Couldn't you go for soemthing else - Abyz/Fria maybe?

That would put him right in the mix, still a long shot but with his ability to gain trade goods he has a shot at least that 1 but if you require more that doesnt include that pn I'll give you my trade agreement one to take the cruiser upgrade card.
