Morgoth we need to chat. One of your goals this round was to prevent me from scoring any points. As I don't have my home world's I can't so I need to move to take them back. I think I can do that this round if I'm not attacked anywhere else except for that poor destroyer in the alpha wormhole. Now as that isn't likely because you would be motivated to stop me the smart move would be to play take it back next round which would be for me to consolidate my fleet and take back zohbat.

Is there a deal we can reach where I leave you zohbat if you allow me to retake my homeworlds? By me taking them back this round I wouldn't have any CT for the 1 public objective and as what little resources I do have available I have to dump into tech to accomplish that goal I won't have any left to score the monument objective. You would gain tech by blowing up some of my fighters and you can retreat to the asteroid field with all your ships and most of your infantry.

Either way I would get my home world back next round needing 3 points to win but only having access to scoring 1 or 2 max.

I have no idea why he'd agree to this to be honest. You are offering him the stick without any carrot. What benefit does he have?

Well, he's asking Morgoth what he wants in return, which I imagine would be quite substantial to be more advantageous than the points leader and his main rival having to focus on taking back their homeworld in the next round.
