@Gnaw, problem here:
Building the PDS on Maaluuk places a CT in the system, which then prevents you from moving any units out of the system. I presume you want to skip the PDS build then (or place it somewhere else)?

Sigh, I hate action cards and their randomness. You just can't plan for them, so what are you supposed to do? And I never even saw that card among the list of ACs.
This round has been a complete bust.
Tapper, I can return the fleet to my systems next round, or you can just straight up destroy them. Screw those failures.

A suggestion for next game: When ACs run out, they run out. No used ones getting shuffled back in.

You're definitely getting the brunt of them more than anyone else, probably because you're in the lead so players are less stingy about saving them for later with you.
Problem would be that that would heavily weaken the Yssarils. If no Yssaril are playing, could work. Likewise, if no Yssaril or Hacan are playing you could try playing with non-secret action cards, as well.

I am happy to let your fleet go (beta-wormhole to Quann I guess), but I will move ships there next round.

I like the randomness of Action Cards. I think it helps balance the game quite a bit.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

D'rek, my fighters hit on a 10 only and you only rolled one 10. Technically his dread is still alive and there is a chance I might miss with my other ships though like you said not likely.
