I've amended my provisionals to allow a carrier and and infantry in unmolested if the system isn't occupied Morgoth. Heck even if it was occupied I'd let it in without firing. I'm holding up my end of the deal.

@ tapper: so since you all are keeping speaker over there you guys gonna just let’s SOL have the win as imperial will be falling to khell each round.
I would supposition you would move it to blend, this would allow blend to pick first. It would be for the betterment of all parties involved.

The council conveyed and has stated the PN is cursed in nature and comes from a dishonorable nation, we are agreeing to your parley if you so choose.
