Also since I've actually had a chance to look at the tech tree would anyone mind me switching my tech research from sarween tools to antimass deflectors? No one has gone since me so I don't think it matters.

Yeah I don't see me attacking anyone, but at least gives me the option for researching fighter 2 and mustering some sort of defence if someone attacks me. I hadn't realised there was that whole unit upgrade tree and how it tied in to the main tech tree.

Integrated Economy is pretty nuts sometimes. Though note that you still have to pay for the units built, you don't get Sarween Tools for it, and you're limited by the resource value of the planet (so if he'd taken over a 1-resource planet it wouldn't be nearly as impressive).

And if you noticed I only built infantry no ships. Purely a defensive move. I need extra troops than everyone else because mine are crap. IH I'm just as worried about those dreads as you are plus tapper and morgoth on the other side of the wormholes to.
