I'll consider this if neither Tapper nor ItWasGnaw are willing/able to give me the 3 TGs for it. I want them this round for a very specific reason. If I can't get them, then I'll consider your offer.

I would be lying if I'd say I am not interested. However, to pay for it I would have to break deals with Morgoth and ItGnaws. I will not do that: the Sardakk are bugs of their word. I do think, once we border each other directly, that PN could be part of a de facto non-aggression pact.

Assuming i trade commodities with Tapper and/or Blend, when do I gain access to those trade goods? If i have to wait for them to formally accept them on their turn I'm fucked. They have the advantage of using them this go round while I have to wait for my next turn??

And the response to this question determines what I'm going to do this turn.

If you offer commodities/TGs for a Transaction, it is binding if it can be fulfilled immediately. So if we do the exchange during my turn after my commodity refresh, it is binding, if we do it during yours, you give me one and I promise to give you one during mine, but it is not binding (although I would be pretty dumb to upset you over 1 TG).

The access to the goods for you will always be after we 'physically' give them to you during our turn - the downside of you having 0 Initiative, I am afraid, and also, a bit, of the Deferred Secondary Houserule (which gives benefits in making decisions based on more complete information).

Sometimes it's good to be first (Naalu) and sometimes it's good to be last (Yssaril). Both have their situational ups and downs.

On Boardgame Geek, the 0 Initiative is always seen as a double edged sword, anyway, from what I read. I also think the 0 Initiative lets you win if you're tied for highest score at the end of the game.

With regard to TGs: yes, you may not be able to use them now. But neither Blend nor I can actually use the TGs for Secondaries like Technology or Warfare either, since we resolve secondaries before we trade.

Also, I don't think TGs decay? You could always aim for using them next turn, or save them even longer. Having a piggy bank of either could really pay off.

Yeah, piggy bankis my only option right now. Which thoughly sucks as far as I'm concerned at the moment.

And, no, you get to use yours immediately. Trades can happen anytime during a turn; i.e. very first thing. You can resolve the trade before you do the secondaries.

You have to have invaded the planet, but it doesn't necessarily need to still have infantry on it for it to be in your control.

Example - if you look at Kamdorn on my home hex on the latest version of the map, there's a token on it to show that it's still in my control even though there isn't an infantry on it. Same would happen to planets outside my home hex that I have invaded and are under my control.
