Wouldn’t hurt if Fullers hands weren’t made of concrete.

Or if a 2 deep safety would know not to jump the under route on 3rd and long.

How the fuck do you march down the field and with less then 3 minutes to play at 3rd and 1 pull Howard and throw the ball.....

Even if you throw the ball you leave Howard in to pull defenders up to the line... To me that was the mistake that lost the game. Fuller dropping the ball was just icing.

Never count out Aaron Rogers. Down 0 - 20 in the 3rd and the dude just grow his legend (on one leg no less). For my money, I'd take Rogers over Brady any day. Brady is a 'system' QB. Rogers has real talent.

In other news, Steelers tied the Browns (it made me brown my whites). What the what! Announcers said it was the first opening day tie since early 1970s. How often do ties happen anyway?!

No pass rusher is worth two 1st round picks. And its not like the Bears are "one player away." I am glad the Packers (where rumors were swirling) didnt give up anything like that for him.

I’m going to completely disagree. And not just because it was the bears. 1st round draft picks are a crap shoot. Approximately 50% of them pan out. Trading 2 1st round picks and getting a 2nd back for the best defensive player in the league. A guy who’s good enough to be a hall of famer? I’ll make that trade all day.

And just recently the 08, 11 Giants and the 16 Broncos proved you can win with a dominant D, specifically multiple pass rushers, and a conservative offense.

Mack is an animal, and with Trubisky on a rookie contract it makes sense. But after today, you have money for Mack or Rodgers. What choice do you make?

Collinsworths quote was telling. Fullwr had 2 picks last year and dropped 6. Thats the reason many DBs arent WRs.

Do the Bears have Rodgers? Thats not a fair question.

And with new tv deals the salary cap is reportedly going to be closer to 200 mil when its time to decide on Trubisky.

I am talking from the Packers point of view. Get the deal done with Rodgers or sign Mack. Dont think they could afford both. You can argue that Rodgers deal is premature however.

Holy shit was a hell of a game. Packers/bears, that will be an instant classic. They say there are no Bears fans who are virgins, because Aaron Rodgers fucks them all.
