Hoping all the teams reach on QB’s early and pushes the better position players to the Bears at 8. I’d like Nelson, but that’s just my O line bias.

This year's draft class is full of talent, starters, and more than a few possible Fantasy Stars.

Oh boy. Jimmy G. for the Niners seen dating a porn star. I googled her and ewwww, she nasty. Anyway, sports pundits are jumping off the Jimmy G. band wagon, saying that a franchise QB would not do that.

Memba when Romo caught hell for dating Jessica Simpson?

Have you seen Jimmy G? Hell, I'd be his bitch. That's a good looking man. Tony Romo was a goofy looking bastard.

That's the thing. Jimmy G could do a lot better. I'd take Jessica Simpson (especially mid 2000s Jessica Simpson) over an exaggerated Kim Khardashian wanna be (if that is even possible), with ridiculous phony parts - gross inner tube lips, fake disgusting huge ass, and dumb bolt on boobs that look about as natural as having actual balloons in place of titties. Just gross. And sad.

In other news. Your boy Cam Newton got revealed by a former receiver (Kelvin Benjamin).

Quote

"Truly, I just think Carolina was bad for me. It was a bad fit from the get-go. If you would've put me with any other quarterback, let's be real, you know what I'm saying? Any other accurate quarterback like (Aaron) Rodgers or Eli Manning or Big Ben (Ben Roethlisberger) — anybody! — quarterbacks with knowledge, that know-how to place a ball and give you a better chance to catch the ball. It just felt like I wasn't in that position."

That's a nice pick up for sure. They're probably going to have to pay him big though. But, the thing you need to consider when evaluating the Bears and their chances? Starting QB = Mitch Trubisky.

Well yeah. That is easily a playoff caliber defense. But how well Mitch plays should be the difference between a 6-10 team and a 10-6 team.

No pass rusher is worth two 1st round picks. And its not like the Bears are "one player away." I am glad the Packers (where rumors were swirling) didnt give up anything like that for him.

I’m going to completely disagree. And not just because it was the bears. 1st round draft picks are a crap shoot. Approximately 50% of them pan out. Trading 2 1st round picks and getting a 2nd back for the best defensive player in the league. A guy who’s good enough to be a hall of famer? I’ll make that trade all day.

And just recently the 08, 11 Giants and the 16 Broncos proved you can win with a dominant D, specifically multiple pass rushers, and a conservative offense.

Colin Kaepernick haters get ready to see red, and have your blood pressure/heart pills ready. Tomorrow night during the Falcons v. Eagles game there is going to be an (lets say) 'interesting' commercial by Nike. Remember, don't take it so seriously and have fun and smile, kay?

I'm an Adidas guy myself. I do think I'm going to stock up on Nike socks. I might even consider buy a pair of sneakers too.
