Nice one today again

What's wrong with depicting Gumble as he is going to a fancy dress party dressed as a frog?!

Today's is unmistakable.
The wine and crown contrast with everything and tell you all you need to know about the subject, a very nice touch.

That's a great pic Puck! I really like the graphic novel style.
So when can we see the whole story?

I'm starting to see a theme running in recent work....
And Ditto. When can we hope to see it all because this looks 100% legit.

Thanks you two
Well, I did study comic art as my main subject, so there's that, and nowadays I prefer to do what I like most when doing private art. That said, this was part of a project AT and me meant to do when there was talk of doing a couple-page-long comic based on a scene from the books in the fanart subforum. We had the script all set and stuff, then life got in the way and it never came to anything more. I figured I could use the already existing script for the calendar image. I'm almost done with another page, but it's a different scene (going to upload it to the drobpox tomorrow, I promise @Coltaine and all, life's been much busier than I thought it would be recently).

I love this depiction of K'rul, thanks for sharing it with us, Puck!

No problem Puck. And now I'm even more curious about your next image

Wow. Who did today's image of Trull?
I like the detail, it must have taken a while. Very nice.
@Puck I hope life stops getting in the way. The final work will be amazing. I am eager to see it all.
We should probably get back to that comic project thread. I just need to manage my time. The script was ready to draft out in pencil so really very little excuse workflow-wise.
Maybe we made it all too...complicated?

I'm not sure any more of it will ever see the light of day, but it sure would be cool, 'cause I had that really cool idea of how to do it. Maybe it's really a time management thing, especially since I feel like I have little trouble with drafting pages, I just need to actually do it
Maybe he issue is that when too many people get involved, it becomes complicated to manage, timewise.
I did one not too smart thing with my entries this year and that was to jump right into a new application with bigger projects. Maybe if I get used to it, I can speed up the proceeöss because I am determined to get away from Photoshop.
