Rodgers was leading all QBs in TDs, and was the pillar of my team. He was as big a loss as I've had in the last 6 seasons.

David Johnson was also one of the biggest losses we've had.

The loss of Dalvin Cook was also a huge, huge loss, if there were some kind of loss-scale.

OBJ;another big loss.

And we're just now in week 6. This has to be one of our hardest years for losses, but damn Rodgers could have at least went down in the 4th quarter, instead of something like his 3rd throw. He broke the collarbone on his non throwing shoulder last time. I wonder if this takes anything off of his game on return.

If you think about it, the number one QB has got hurt, the number 1 RB, the number one WR(close enough), the number 1 tight end, although Gronk is back now.

Yup. One hell of a first half to our season.

No team looks great, although I'd prefer to be 5 for 1 over 2 for 4

Picked up both Darkwa and Kittle this week, Kittle is a gamble, but Darkwa has had two good games against Chargers and Broncos. I was not hopeful of picking him up but I'm very happy with that.

Just wondering who the best players in the NFL are. I'm talking ability and consistency. Not from a fantasy football perspective but it does drip down to that. Someone might be the best WR but have a really average QB throwing to them so their numbers on FF won't be as great as someone who has a stud QB. So who are the top 3 in each position?

QB, Brady, Rodgers and Luck from past years?

WR, Brown, Jones, Beckham Junior?

RB, Bell, Gordon, Freeman?

TE, Kelse, Gronkowski, Olson?

Then, although fantasy has DEF as a position, who are the top 10 best defenders in the NFL?

You didnt take any rookies, so i wont either.

QB: I would put Brees or Ryan over Luck.

WR: The hardest position to rank. From a fantasy point your 3 are the best

I am ahuge L. Fitzgerald fan and still think he is elite but lack of good QB has made it impossible to prove.
On the other hand, how good is J. Nelson or is it all thanks to A. Rodgers.

RB: Bell, Mccoy, A. Peterson until proven he is done/old.

TE: GRONKOWSKI and whoever is the hot 2 this year.

10 best defenders is impossible. Depends on what position you like or think is most important.
My oppinion is that the best FS is Seahawks Earl Thomas. Best LB is Luke Kuechly Panthers. The rest would probarly be 1 CB , 2 LT and the rest Sack artist like J.J.Watt and Von Miller.
If you are asking because you want defenders fro fantasy points, then LB who has many tackles are ussually the best because they also sack and intercept and force fumbles.

LB is linebacker yes? What's FS, Front Safety?

Just curious as I'm more knowledgeable about offence thanks to ff but not defense

Free Safety

From the ball out it goes defensive line- linebackers-defensive backs.

Free safety is a defensive back.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

Free Safety, Strong Safety. Mostly dealing with just hybrids these days. Strong Safety lines up on the side across from the tight end. Safety position hangs back behind the defensive line, but not as far back as the corner backs(the guys that cover the WRs).

They have to know when to slide up and jam the run, or fall back and pick up a loose receiver.

Like Daser said, Kuechly is the best defensive guy in the league. He's hard to call a linebacker - he's everywhere on the field. He sits back off the line sort of like a Safety. They need a new name for what he does.

As one can probably tell, Kuechly is my favorite guy to watch. He's a phenomenal athlete.

And he's white..... 👻

I doubt you needed a waiver claim, but you never know. I think you're chasing points, but I've been on the wrong side of that myself.

You just need 14.35 points. It's better than going into Monday night with no chance of winning. The Redskins best DB, Josh Norman, is still hurt I think, so that's a good thing for you.

I am way back to teenage years playing my first Multiplayer game, and my loving guild have decided to become a raiding guild,

I found out what kind of time/research/dedication people would put into a game to become to best!

I cant compete since it is the middle of the night for me, so my vote is Sunday - Wednesday waiver,

Just lucky.

I do enjoy beating Tats, though.

Told you. It comes around and goes around. I was just lucky at first because Hunt, Freeman, and Rodgers were putting up spectacular numbers and carrying me.

Overall we have a fairly quiet league, I've noticed.
