'Deadhouse Gates' will be published in Spanish (again) in September with new cover by Alejandro Colucci.

It is indeed a great cover, but isn't it a wee bit hugely spoilerish?

Yes, just like the SubPress Limited edition cover which this one seems to be inspired by. It makes some sense there because if you're buying the limited edition you probably already are fan and have read the book but that doesn't apply here
