Galain has dropped the first vote on Jalan. That leaves you, me, and Lock to finish him off. Dropping that first vote on Jalan would indicate that Galain is human if Jalan turns out to be a vamp. If there are currently two vampires, then that scenario would put the second vampire in the Merrid, Kilava, Lock group. That's bad tidings for the Lock and Merrid are both human camp, of which I have been its main cheerleader.

All that is based on Jalan being a vampire. If he's not, then we're I'm back to suspecting Galain. And Galain was the L1 vote on Nimander. An even more unusual move for a vamp than Jalan's hammer.

Yeah, alright, hero. I guess it's not like I voted for Nimander both days (before you on the first day I think), only switching once to Lock when I felt a lynch needed to happen and it didn't look like being Nim, and always expressed that I felt their story was somewhat less believable than Lock's

As for Jalan and their hammer, I covered what i thought of that when I voted for them yesterday.

There are two possibilities.

The recruited vamps don't know each other. This explains Jalan's hammer, but also your votes Galain.

The other one is distancing. Jalan hammered to make himself look innocent, but he could not have done that and the vamps would have been in as stronger position. So, I consider this unlikely.

My gut? Settled down? No, not really.

I said yesterday that if Jalan turned out to be a vamp then there was likely a vampire gumming up my formerly "Merrid and Lock are humans" near certainty.

Yeah, if recruits are unaware of the identities of fellow recruits, then Galain can be still be considered a distinct possibility. But there was no kill last night and yet another recruitment may have occurred, confusing things that much more.

So my gut is as unsettled as ever. As should all of our guts be.
