Ano is dead. His blue suffocated corpse lies where he awaited pathshaper. He will be missed. So say us all.

Ah shit, RL came up yesterday and I didn't have time to read up and vote - sorry. I'm wary of Ano because of his talk of the cusser mechanic and seemingly trying to test it by posting after PS. Seemed fake.
Also, Rikkter and Ultama are textbook coasters. What does that tell us in a faction game?

More suspicion comes my way. This time for simply wanting to play the game.
Want to know who's coasting? Just about everyone, you included.
Off to work.

Sorry for missing the second half of the day. In truth I thought we had way more time left. Lynch train is interesting both for who's on and who's not. Did those who votes for Ano genuinely think he may be an indy, or is it because they feel that Ano is not in their faction?

If you think he's indy then you think he's not in your faction

Also, this vote by KF on D1 came pretty suddenly
It came when he came back after being off for a couple of hours. Inbetween 3 people came online(post #73): Prazec, Ano, Gait
And after KF's vote another couple of votes and the hammer-not-hammer comes. I think it could have been members of a faction seeing their leader as being ready and wanting to hammer hoping some of the enemy players might not have their provisionals in yet with so much time left on the clock.
Now Gait's post signifies unreadiness so I'm dismissing him, Prazec's posts don't signify anything while Ano is going off for hours so he should have his provisionals in.

I have no idea what any of this means or what you're driving at.
I'm the only person who voted for House prior to his mass reveal suggestion. With the exception of Lock, all the following House votes seem (to me) to be meta-based anti-House votes and nothing more, despite the various excuses made while casting them.
I trust that a faction wouldn't lynch House if he were their leader, even if they didn't like the cut of his jib, so I rule that out.
No grand conspiracy of a faction (that doesn't know it's constituents anyway). No rush to a lynch before provisionals are in. Just a mad dash to lynch House for the sake of lynching House.
I'm saying that there suddenly came a couple of votes including the hammer which could have been caused by members of a single faction whose leader posted prior to the votes and the leader's post indicated having provisionals ready, so the members decided to end the day to potentially prevent other players who haven't checked in that day from getting their provisionals in if they hadn't done so before going to bed previous day.

You know what I meant - that they believed Ano is a faction member but not in their faction.

How could they tell that he's actually not an indenpendent then?

They (and yourself) couldn't, but the reasoning given for thinking Ano is an independent is even more shallow than for Okral previously. I'm thinking maybe he said something critical about their leader/revealed something of himself that didn't fly with their faction. Trake certainly seemed to think so.
So you're focusing on the wrong bit of what I'm saying. It's not about knowing whether Ano is faction or indy - ultimately they still could be either one as far as I'm concerned - but how much those voting - and those who were around but didn't vote - revealed about their own affiliation.

Hmm. Interesting.
I'll have to take a look at both trains, see if I can spot any patterns.
But got an annoying piece of writing to finish first. Back in a few hours.

Trying to figure out whose feathers House DIDNT ruffle is hard
I don't know about you, but to me rational folk sounds like town and irrational demons sounds like scum, all flavor aside.
For trying to downplay that, have a serious vote.
Vote: Trake
I'm not trying to downplay anything here, this just isn't town vs. scum. This is a faction game, so you need to get out of that mindset. There are 2 factions and 2 independent players here, that changes things.
Just because there is parity in numbers doesn't mean they are equally good.

They are equal numbers, and (presumably) have balanced abilities. Since there is no majority to speak of, "good" becomes a very relative (and thus, practically useless) term.
Why on earth do you think it would be a good idea to reveal the factions? People with offensive night actions are gonna have a field day!
So, he votes Trake first, then me (after I call him out on how stupid his strategy is)
Have you considered, I dunno, maybe playing a couple games with the house roles to see how we do things here before just bitching about the house rules?
The bolding thing is a courtesy to the mod to make keeping a current vote count just a tiny bit easier.
I have no intention of revealing my faction, and furthermore, I don't appreciate you setting me up as your false leader. It's obvious to anyone paying attention that I can't be at this point because revealing your leader on day one to everyone would put your faction at a serious disadvantage and doing so on purpose is pretty much playing against your win condition.
So, unless something even dumber comes along:
Vote Trake
He gets mulyiple votes for his revealing strategy. Not sure if they are masking anything, or if there's any following going on.
Shit, client showed up multiple hours late. I'll look at the Ano train later

Okral, makes me twitchy. I do believe he is being a straight shooter again and agree that game breaking logic is against the spirit of the game.
That all being said, I have only seen him in action in an M&P. So he could be playing games with us using his minimal reputation of a straight shooting game breaker to his advantage.
I want him out and given be is going to purgatory, maybe we can see if anyone wants him back.

Lack of resistance shows he could be independent as well.

That just because plurals are used in the flavour, it doesn't mean that ALL faction members have fear/insanity counteracting or empowering abilities.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I'm not asking to be confirmed as a faction member, which of course, you shouldn't/wouldn't do. All I'm asking is that you state that not having fear/insanity abilities doesn't automatically make me an independent.
