Well my conviction day one was shaken since Osseric died and ST turned out to be scum.

Hang on. I have said I'd keep options open but I have also said my main suspect is Merrid.

Kilava "could" be Merrid's symp so no way would I follow his vote. I'll follow Rashan's vote though, if he thinks Amp is the right call I would follow that.
That post is a steaming pile of crap that makes no sense whatsoever.
If you believe Kilava is Merrid's symp, there are no grounds to be willing to follow ANYBODY onto Ampelas.
That abortion of a thought process just earned you scum points.
They are earned I guess.
I do not want to push hard at anyone Nim. I have outlined reasons on why each of the remaining players could be scum, I am waiting for input from the rest of you to develop the thoughts further.
You are being extremely conciliatory this game. That's not really like you.
What a slimy post.

If people think the symp might be dead, then I might believe Galain could be the other killer, one who didn't expect Silchas to wind up the lynch du jour on day 1. The Osseric kill could then subsequently have been a mask - "oh man, I've been shown to be such a dum dum on both counts, woe is me!"
Ampelas, on the other hand, has been under the radar more than most, helped I think by not being on lynch trains.
If I remember right, both were included in the same list of names in Silchas' "this is what I think" list, with Ampelas being highlighted a bit more than Galain.

Yeah... I'm thinking Galain town for sure, the more Kilava posts.

Ugh, I read through the latest bit (sneaking in a bit of game time before returning to the grind). So we have Galain covering all bases but pointing at Merrid all along. We have Kilava being snarky and shooting comments to put suspicion on other people ("interesting"). And we have Merrid going into a rage fest, protest voting Nim which does no good.
I feel that Galain covering all the cases is suspicious (especially for someone not wanting to be pushy) because making cases is bending the evidence to your will or interpretation depending if you are scum or town respectively.
I don't like Kilava's sniping and I must confess a little bias with him voting me. I guess I started it day 1, but I am not seeing much to convince me I was wrong about him on Day 1.
I feel like the vote on Nim is so outrageous that it is safe to call a town temper-tantrum. I see no risk in the vote (even though a vote for town makes me twitchy). But Merrid did get a bit quieter once he had Nim's approval and now he is back to his day 1 persona. Saved him then, why not now.
Going back to pure logic, I still think Kilava is our best bet. Symps (if one is left) put their neck out in desperate attempts to steer the game away from their master. The killers often have two objectives early on: staying out of the limelight and creating a resume' of their innocence which can include killing their partner. Kilava fits both.
Vote Kilava

Actually, not being on lynch trains has called a lot of attention to me. If I hadn't voted or stuck to my guns on who I thought was a best vote, I would agree that not being on the trains is suspect. However, I do keep getting scrutiny and it seems to me that it has boiled down to both meta of my usual game play and how stupid I would be as scum to be so linked to SR.

Ok, back to the grind. It is lunch time around here, so I will poke in a couple more times as time permits.

I am kind of following along, while dealing with arriving at work 3 hours late (and consequently having to stay late, probably).
My initial thought is that if we are playing WCS and must lynch, we need to single out a player who features in most of the plausible killer-symp combos, either as killer or symp.
As I've already said before, if we are down to 1 scum, with me and Nim keeping each other alive, it becomes academic, since then scum has no chance.
So it's crucial we lynch most likely scum today, regardless of role.
Now, as to who I think that is- it'll take me some time (which I currently don't have) to answer that...

The problem that I have from my position is that both the main suspects (you and Galain) are claiming that they would be so stupid to be linked to SR in your respective ways.
One of you actually is that stupid/a genius ( ). The trouble is which.
I'm not sure what you mean by, "If I hadn't voted or stuck to my guns on who I thought was a best vote, I would agree that not being on the trains is suspect." Saying that you will switch but then not switching is not sticking to your guns in either direction.
I may end up being wrong on which one of you two is the killer, but overall I know that I have played a good town game. It's easy to depict sensible play and early game uncertainty/hesitation/questioning as scum traits, when in fact it is prudence.
Most recently, I would say that Galain has played the scummier of you two, but unfortunately you haven't been around enough as yet for me to truly judge that.

Forgot, re the 'sniping':
It is not sniping, but a genuine point which Merrid raised and I felt worth further highlighting. It was an odd choice of phrasing by Galain to be sure (and much like Silchas' explanation before, Galain's is not fully convincing).

Woah woah woah Kilava. How is my play been scummy, wrong maybe but not scummy. The reason I did not bote SR is that I truly believed him to be probable BG. I said as much right before CF. I have let my thoughts be known and analysed as best I could. Scummy my arse. Linked to SR yes because of day one but my motives were pure.

The 'I know who I'd lynch if I die' makes no sense, even in the explanation when questioned. How would you know who to lynch if at that point both Amp and myself are still alive? If you'd know which to lynch before, then why do you have to wait till then?
The 'if I die' reads like a scum thinking they need to put in that addendum to seem towny, only their context is completely off.

I was talking about the current day (i.e. 'most recently) - pointing around to everyone with the, ahem, helpful analysis (for someone who said they would just follow Rashan, you sure are doing a lot of leading). And why even do all that when you're apparently all about lynching Merrid?
Your day 1 links to SR are actually the ONLY thing stopping me from having voted for you already, because, as I've said umpteen times, it just seems too blatant to be real. That's why I had you pegged as symp for so long.

I will admit that there's some meta in both my suspicions. Cool and reasoned is how I know a scum Ampelas has behaved in the past (and when you feel like you can't find scum, you should look there). And a frustrated town Galain usually would have started throwing in expletives by now

Thinking about this the last few hours. It hurts no one to put cards on the table.
I'd most want to lynch Merrid today but if he flips innocent and I am dead then tomorrow I thought I'd want Ampelas lynched.
However, your play today Kilava is drawing my attention in that you're acting scummy. It is like you are trying to pull focus. That is why you have already voted. It looks to me like you are trying to take attention away from Merrid and his scummy town vote.

Kilava is voting Amp.
Amp is voting Kilava.
Merrid is voting Nimander.
Rashan and Nimander are yet to vote.
What is Merrid playing at? Really a protest vote, what's this meant to achieve? Too scummy to be scum?
