I can see a couple reasons. First, they're doing it as a signal to the symp. The odds that he would spot it and let them know who he was would be high and then they'd have greater unity. The odds of us hitting scum on D1 like that have been traditionally low. Secondly, because it seems so brazen and in your face it creates WIFOM and makes us second guess ourselves before connecting them - because it's too obvious.

Yeah, I'm just gonna vote Denul now based off of the reactions of the symp when the pressure began to build.

Stopping in, and see that Denul (the symp?) is on the chopping block? I mean, I can hammer if anyone likes, but we still have 5 hrs and 50 minutes.

When I'm Scum I don't give a rat's ass who the Symp is. Now You Know.

I see the train gaining unstoppable momentum. So be it. I'll CF as Town and you'll STILL be dealing with one Killer and his Symp. But I'm STILL looking forward to be in on the Town win when it comes to pass.
