Try guessing from the pictures as though the flag is not there. The other two pictures are really good. I'm interested to understand where Malankazooie was going with the flag though as I am completely stumped by it. :doh:

I just figured it out! Some of you have gotten the first part correct. The flag is to get the right version of the first word. Clever, actually. The only problem is that's not the historical version. :)

I suspect Malankazooie didn't know the topic and had been slightly mislead by their wikipedia search.

Forget the french flag completely and you should be able to guess the answer.

The picture is a clue to the things name, not a person associated with it.
