Nasty. To whom did you lend it?
Certain books deserve that bit more care.

Most excellent, thank you for sharing this with us.
I particularly like the reference to Icarium and Mappo (at least that is my interpretation), with that creature being freed to fight Icarium and "effect mutual anihilation".
Should be an interesting conflict.

Tis the ways of Darth Patch. There is nothing we can do against such evil Hetan.

Well yes, Felisin(Ganoes's Sister) Is the one that wrote the poem. iirc their mother's name was also Felisin.
Remember Felisin Paran isn't that old, she's something like 17 years in HoC. There was a passage in HoC somewhere when the adopted Felisin mentions how the new Shaik seems real young and what not.

Just a question on the 5(?) T'lan Imass M. Mekhar encounters in the prologue. The obvious inference is that they are the Unbound (how many were left though from the original 7). An alternative possibility is that they were the clan chasing the renegades, that clan who briefly travelled on the Silanda in Deadhouse Gates. Were there 5 or 6 of them; I know one of the pursuing clan went to seal up a warren. Anyone have DG or HoC handy?

But he is not on the Letherii continent....
It quite clearly states in the prologue that the subcontinent referred to is Seven Cities, Hissar to the south, Karashimesh to the west, Ehrlitan to the northwest and even mentions the otataral sea.
He comes from the southwestern corner of that subcontinent..

Well, he's gotta be Kalam's cousin, then, hasn't he?
Either that or his sister.

I agree with Hetan. It just says black on white that Barathol must come from some southwestern 7C tribe, which are, apparently, blackskinned

hmpff....
You've been spending too much time in the wrong company and it's obviously beginning to affect you deeply
Did we ever conclude the discussion about the 12 Nameless Ones and the Otataral?
