When I look at my settings, between change password and manage notes, there's an option to change display name. Like Nom says, it's a once month thing. Otherwise you have to bother one of the mods.

I just took a gander at your permissions, and it seems like whenever someone has last gone into your profile to mess around with your permissions, you were dropped into the COPPA (Users Awaiting Moderation) set as a secondary group - this group cannot edit their username.

If you want to try again to change your username, you should be able to see the option now.

You can do it yourself by going into your settings, then I think you need to click on profile and then display name.
