Additional mechanics:

1) Neither Buffy nor Angel can be recruited
2) If 2 vamps target the same alt, the kill always overrules the recruit mechanism.
3) Vamp recruits find out who recruited them only.
4) If The Master or Buffy's LP gets used, the only message to the thread is "There is NO lynch. It is now night."
5) If Giles gets attacked by vampires he dies (so as not to break the game since he knows Buffy)

I definitely think so. You have 2 scum, one is a one-time kill with the BP/LP and the other is a kill/recruit, against 13 townies, one of which has a find/kill ability with her LP/BP, another with a Guard, and a succession mechanic. If you hadn't given the Master a Vig, I'd say it's slanted more towards town, but I think that giving the Master a vig helped to balance that.

It will be interesting if/when there are a bunch of recruits.
