Hey Merrid if you think there is more than one recruiter are you saying there are multiple vampire factions? Or are you just being pedantic?

Quick catch up. I see people are reading (to my mind) too much into the character name.
Lets get one thing straight here because it is getting on my nerves; there are 4 parts to the CF
Alt Name (who died)
Character Name (the character/role of that alt)
Alignment (the faction of which the dead was a part)
Player Name (who controlled the dead alt)
All our dead have been members of a single faction.
Now I hear you say "in the series Harmony was..." To address that, I'll counter with "yes, she got vamped in the last episode. Before that she was a dumb student of no particular talent whatsoever" Above all else, for most of the series, she was a student. Similar for Amy. Also a student, as in game CF and series. Witch too, but a student at Sunnydale. Maybe a Role but still a part of the "student" faction.
You want to play the game of hunting for Vampires Kadagar? Try vote trains as well as posts. We've had two lynches. That's two lynch trains you have to look at. A quick glance tells me
From this I can see that both Kessobahn and Togg have been in the first half on both trains whilst not actually starting them. That to me stinks of a small recruiting faction that is confident of who is certainly not an essential individual to their faction (i.e. the Recruiter.)
Kessobahn is also the first to mention recruiting. Going on the basis of he who smelt it...
Kess then later settles in and provides a bit of content and prods OE.
I'm feeling the Kessobahn vote right now.
Vote Kessobahn
In regards to the weekend, better for game to be frozen but can you resolve Night before freezing?

Well, well. It's become really interesting now. Merrid is spooky with how defensive they are about the Togg case - indeed a weak one - and how they keep going on and on about whether there's more than a single recruiter. Especially that we still have little data. I was inclined to jump to the Merrid train because of that but I took another look at D3's posts and... boy, is Kadagar Fant full of shit. Kadagar essentially builds their case on bullshit and misinterpretation the same way Merrid does against Togg.
Just look at these bits:
In all cases, Kadagar is going a long way to twist the meaning of worda to make it look like they mean what Kadagar claims they mean. Mind you, this is essentially the same stuff Merrid does with Togg, cherrypicking words to try prove something that likely isn't even there. So we have two players who have been very misleading on D3. But Kadagar only started building their case against Merrid after votes against Togg appeared. So my current line of thinking is: Korlat and Merrid built a bullshit case against Togg which made Kadagar spring into action, trying to diver attention. So maybe we've accidentally stumbled onto something symp-like?
That said, I'm comfortable with Merrid, Kadagar, or Togg lynch but because of the above I think Togg's CF will reveal the most.
Emurlahn:
It doesn't really take a genius to draw the connection between vampires and recruitment. But, as I've pointed out multiple times, I don't know a thing about Buffy so wanted to ask. Same goes for me asking about relationship between CFs and actual characters in the show.

Apart from the fact that Togg assuming you to be Dem's puppet is alarming, the bigger alarm bells go off when I see how hard you are trying to sell us that there is no recruiter when that is becoming more and more likely due to circumstances.

So, dear Merrid, why are you so stubbornly denying the option of a recruiter being around? If you believe this is not the case, by all means, come up with an alternative - which you don't, you just attack the people who do.

I can see what you’re saying, and I agree that on second thought, my posts do read like I’m denying the existence of a vampire. But, my whole reason for asking Togg questions was because he acted like there was ONE single recruiter, in a high TMDI faction game when we haven’t had any kills yet. That assumption sounds really weird to me. I believe it either means he had inside info regarding the recruit mechanic and he slipped, or he is trying to trick us, or he is just a bad player and assuming things he shouldn’t assume.
In all three cases everyone is better off if he is put under pressure.

I don't see Vengy playing solo killer like that on Day 1. Given he's got limited time RL, I doubt he'd RP like that (yes, posting walls of lyrics is RP for Venge. This is the guy who posts "100 bottles of beer on the wall" in one massive post for fun) if he was anything but RI (presuming all Sunnydale students except Buffy got no special powers, they are "roleless" in my book)
Talking about guards/healers/BPs and other possible nightly shenanigans is just about totally useless, b/c there's no night scenes to look for clues in.

I agree with both the points you make. I still think we need to have some idea about how the game is working before doing the third lynch. So, we at least need to reach a consensus regarding the factions in game that we know.
Students at Sunnydale ~ probably the largest faction, roles???
Vampire ~ we know there is at least one, Togg called him "our recruiter"
Demons ~Speculation, don't know if they exist in game
Forces of darkness ~ see above
That's not a lot of information. And that is most certainly not the whole picture. You can't have a game with 1 killer/recruiter/whatever and 13 people in the other team and call it balanced. (or a faction game for that matter)
Here I even admit the vampire can be a recruiter (very likely is), but again, without more CFs we just don’t know if he is the only one. I'm trying to get the point across that there have to be more baddies out there, and Togg's assumption is suspicious to the extreme.

I have issues with this statement because I can't remember PS ever mentioning the existence of one single recruiter in the game. You saying "my money is on this being our recruiter" makes me suspect you have more knowledge than the rest of us about the recruit mechanic.
If there is a post in thread or out of thread that mentions the game's mechanics more in depth I have missed it, and would love a quote or a link to it.

Note the use of “one single”. Here I meant to convey that there can be more than one recruiter (definitely has to be more than one baddy) , I also found Togg’s wording very interesting. I did misquote it though, as he mentioned up thread.
I put my vote on him not because I’m denying the existence of a vampire recruiter as you imply, but because I think he acts like he knows too much about the recruiter.

So the question is how much do we trust the Co's to point out the faction of the characters? As was said, we have background that indicates a witch and a vampire. The main identifier, student at Sunnydale, really tells us nothing.
I have always preferred the person-who-smelt-it-dealt-it approach to this game, people having the unresistable urge to discuss their roles.
Vote Togg
I also wonder if as a witch Vengy did have a role? Maybe empowering/protecting others?

That is a good approach.

Perhaps this will make him talk.
Here I even agree with Korlat’s reason for voting Togg. “The person who smelt it dealt it”, notice that I’m not saying Togg talks about a recruiter when there isn’t one in game. I’m saying Togg makes assumptions about a recruiter without PS giving us a single clue about how she implemented that mechanic. It just stinks to high heavens for me.
I'm fine with anything the other people decide regarding the long weekend.
The one problem I have with you, is that you are Darla, the vampire, sire of Angel (him of the stand-alone series), and therefore, I don't by anything whatsoever you say.
