Thats Great. Wow. :o

The hands of the Lord and the Lady look a bit like push and pull. Did you intend that? If yes, very nice detail

Also playing with the Orb, here's another rough idea. It's more of an abstract card, lots of fun!

Here's a quick sketch of an idea I had for Orb... all I read in the book is that it stood for judgement and true sight. I'm guessing the Orb in book 1 represents the Azath House. I might just do more of a literal representation of an Azath for it, not sure.

Anyone have any insight on the Orb card?

I wanted to compare both. Why is this not working?

Okay, two tabs.

Yes, more abstract. And more eye than orb.

"Orb - Judgement and True Sight " Not sure if I don't want to have an eye in there, it needs to look really judgy pants, like, there's no way you could bullshit this thing, when it looks into your soul, you will face judgement! Remember the sphynx-ish statues from The Never Ending Story? When they opened their eyes and fired out celestial beams, it was horrifying and judgemental.. I'm trying to lean toward that somewhat with this card.

I think you managed to do that. The tree now looks more like a powerful and dangerous entity.

I'm calling Oponn done at this point. It's not how I envisioned it to be, but at this point am just noodling. Ready to move on to another card! : )

Great stuff! Call me, I've been desperate to make a deck of dragons for years and the thing that always stops me is art. I left my phone number in the rep I gave you. I'm serious and I'll pay.

here's a warmup sketch of Toc the Younger. That infamous recurring one-eyed archer. Not related to the deck of dragons, but this is somewhat how I envisioned him. I think for his card in the deck, it will be more conceptually surreal looking.

Your Orb is a bit too much Sauron for me but we can work on that. Regarding Toc, I've always imagined him with straight black hair - is there a reason you've made him blonde?

Looking dope, misteradam! I feel that it's a bit strange that we can't actually see the side of his face with the missing eye. He could really be any character right now.

thanks guys. I always imagined Toc as having lighter hair, until Toc Anaster gave him the black hairdoo. Putting the scar in shadow like he hides it seemed like something he'd do. Could probably use an eyepatch on there if I get around to taking it further.
