A list with all the Azathanai that were mentioned in the Malazan world could come in handy, together with the races they possibly created and influenced.

Here a start:

K'rul / Keruli

Draconus (created the Tiste? / influenced them)
Nightchill / Sister Of Cold Nights
Mael (created the Stormriders?)
Olar Ethil (created the Dog-Runners-Imass)
Caladan Brood
Grizzin Farl (influenced the Forulkan, maybe the creator of the Forulkan, together with Kilmandaros)
Old Man Moon
Kilmandaros (created the Thel Akai and maybe the Toblakai and Thelomen, maybe the Forulkan as well)
Sechul Lath (has the disguise of a Forulkan and is the son of Kilmandaros and Grizzin Farl)
Errastas
Skillen Droe (influenced the alien K'Chain Che Malle)
Farandar Tarag (influenced the Jheck/Jhelarkan)
T'riss / Queen Of Dreams
Ardata
Spingalle (created the Jaghut? (Tried to) influence the Jaghut)
Cera Planto
Vix (created the Trell and Barghast, possibly created the Thelomen, influenced them)

Other Azathanai:

Arathan
Envy
Spite
Malice

Possible Azathanai:

Burn
(daughter of Olar Ethil)
Oponn (created by Errastas)
T'iam / Tiamatha (alien goddess of the Eleint, maybe originally an Azathanai from another world?)
Eres'al (goddess of the Eres, also their Azathanai creator?)

'Unclaimed' Races:

Ilnap-Napan
(blue-skinned)
Halacahi (no description)

Yah title is a spoiler. Maybe just make it "List of the Azathanai" since the post explains the further purpose anyway.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

If Azathanai roughly means, "the people never born" would those born of Azathanai be Azathanai themselves?
There is a line before me that demarcates where you stop being treated as citizens and start being treated as soldiers. It is a line only I can see and I swear until all of you--once you cross it you have declared War. Against your city, against your government, and against Me. And make no mistake: I Love to fight Wars.

I don't remember Olar Ethil saying that Burn is her daughter (I do remember her lying about being Burn ...). I though that Burn was a Bonecaster of the Imass (Dog-runners), worshipped for some reason or another.

I don't think it's OE who says it, it's someone else explaining the relationship. It might even have been in FoD instead of FoL. Grizzin Farl does make it clear that OE is jealous of Burn and sometimes tries to displace her (and steals her warmth), so there might be something of a Tathe Lore/Sheltatha Lorat relationship echoed between them.

Maybe you're referring to this (FoD), a conversation between OE and Draconus:

'Must it all crumble, Olar Ethil? All that we have made here?'
She waved a dismissive hand. 'I will answer with fire. They are my children, after all.'
'Making you no different from those Jaghut, or will you now claim Burn as your child, too?'
Scowling, Olar Ethil set her hands upon her distended belly. 'They don't feed her.'

Mmm yes, from this we could glean that she's her daughter (or that she's jealous because Burn is worshipped, so even though she's a Dog-Runner, and OE should consider Burn her child too, she doesn't, but let's go with Burn as really OE's daughter), so maybe she's jealous of Burn? so they (the Azathanai) made Burn, OE's child, dream of the world where the Tiste, Dog-Runners, etc. are? but why?? this Burn thing, where the earth is her flesh and such in the Malazan world, hopefully will be explored in the next book.
