Regarding the Subterranean Press Edition images Where can I find them?

Hello guys,

I stumbled upon this reddit post yesterday and I was amazed by the art style. Although I regularly search for Malazan images online (even though I'm still on House of Chains) I've never found this picture. According to the comments these images are included in the limited Subterranean Press Edition copies. I read the Malazan series in my Kindle Paperwhite. Is there a list with these very images? I find the artwork sublime.

The artwork is gorgeous and I've found so far that the images are pretty close to what I'd pictured in my head (which is always nice!).

This is by no means all of them, but there's a good few you can view

Thanks! These looks great. But where are the rest? Also, it would be great if some of these were scanned instead of photographs.
