Mal & Hetan's B&B

Hi all,
As some of you might know Mal and I are in Canada now where we have bought a bed and breakfast, which we have been renovating over the last 6 months.
It took months to decide what to call it and I know it's not Malaz but it suits the place as we're on a hill.
The website itself is still being worked on, along with photographs, but we are on Booking. com now (and doing quite well out of them - but that works both ways ).
So anyone wants to come and see us - Salt Spring Island is pretty awesome

I bet that with a name like that, you can get GRRM to stay! The photos make it look very cozy
I would recommend hiring a professional photographer to take interior pics with good lighting (or research lighting interiors and DIY) just to give them a little more polish.
EDIT: Do you also offer concierge-like services (e.g. letting people know where the cool places to go are)? If so, might wanna mention that in the description.

What's the pancake situation there?

That's not a glitch, that's a feature.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Hah! And then she'll find the solution for global warming and build the foundation for world peace.
Besides, why would I ever visit if I didn't know Mal would swear at me?

My ex and my son live just across the sound in Marysville, Washington. I actually almost booked time at a resort in San Juan recently. You guys aren't all that far off really and I could probably go over to Port Angeles and take a ferry to Victoria and come up some visit. That actually sounds like an awesome place. I love the website. I hope you both have amazing success!

They'd have an exorcist purify it on the spot I suspect. Which is why I will hide it inside the cow suit. Clever, see.

Akevitt is probably confiscated at the border as well.
If they have any sense at all it is.
EDIT:
Ah, website works now.
Lovely, I want to go over there during your summer.

Winter was really mild here Mezla - only had one day of around 1cm of snow.
Also - it's a gentler and kinder Mal these days - some of you may find it hard to believe!
Our first test visitor was Steve and his wife - they lived on Salt Spring Island way back when he was a stripling youth It was great - Steve took us around the island and showed us the beaches and such - there's nothing like digging through a shell-midden on a cold rainy day. I could do stuff like that any time - fascinating.
Anyways - Many thanks for the good wishes - I'd love for some fantasy fans to come and stay.

Hey! I'm just a ferry ride away!
Can't go anywhere now because I'm having some serious health problems and a major surgery coming up in 1 month. But I promised myself a small vacation if I live through this and it looks like a nice place to do some recuperation.
