Mafia 128.5 - Steak Frites Game Thread

I'm torn on the Korlat vote. While I agree that the timing of his post is godawful and the content is a little too much rehash way too late, I am not sure scum would be that motivated in this game. That's the kind of post one would make to look like they were contributing if the thread was more hopping. I'm going to do a Day 1 look over. Brb.

Kay, I really don't like shadow. I think Day
Yep, and then remove immediately with no explanation upon my removal, as you did with Hanas and Fanderay. But you did not.So, he's scummy for not voting/removing you or are you still in the testing phase of your pattern theory? You haven't removed your vote so is it an actual vote?Well, what's changed this time round? Why the change in play?I haven't removed my vote not because I'm suddenly thinking "scum!" but rather because there's no point in removing if/till I find something more worthwhile to vote on.
Are you trying to suggest that Ultama might be scum from that? Honestly, that's something that would make you suspicious in my eyes.

@ Ultama, you have too many quote blocks for me to straight up reply to your case.If we have scum trying to defend a symp in this game, then we have the stupidest scum in mafia, UNLESS they were just fake symping, but that's too much wifom to digest. I'd need something more tangible to see a Denesmet case.On the other hand, that whole case looks like scum desperately trying to look like they are participating.

Goddamn it. Kay, so for the above quotes:
What I find most poignant is how Shadow is the first and then 4th person on AF's train. Interesting to remove his vote just to put it back on. Puts him as a middle of the lynch train rather than calling attention to the fact that he sat on AF without much reaction and without much (by which I mean basically no) case on AF. Just sitting there waiting for someone to pick up the steam. This way he steers clear of any meaningful conflict, though he does get touchy when asked what the fuck he is doing.
As I was about to say before my computer spazzed is that Day 1 interactions are highly revealing (I site Bubba's own obvious offness as evidence). Next I want to look at Telas again (wondering why Shadow has such a hard on for him). But since this day is not going to reverse itself in the less then 30 minutes left.
Vote Korlat.

Again, not much to see on Telas. Looks like he picked a fight with Shadow (however feebly) and otherwise has been begging to busy while accusing others of not putting in much content. I could see him being suspicious for background scum. Just having trouble getting a read.
Kay, that is enough for tonight. Should have time in the morn 10 hours hence.

Patience is a virtue.
I guess Gnaw does not want to resolve night and/or post stories, but wishes to leave that to Blend.
In case you wonder why i post nekkid: I was Korlat.
Which should also answer the fifteen thousand remarks about dedication and posting amounts.

You skills at pulling things out of context are A+.
"Sat on AF without much of a case." - Already explained why I voted for AF, to see if they would do the same thing they did the other two times other people had voted for him. So also in that sense, neither was I the first to vote for AF. When nothing seemed to be coming from that, AND YET OTHERS started placing their votes on AF, I removed to slow down the train while I was away from the thread and to leave time for other potential things to arise.
And lo and behold, they did, thanks to you Denesmet, although not exactly what I was hoping for lol. After that, when I was around, the only other viable lynch choice was AF, so I placed my vote back there.
"he does get touchy when asked..." - Please, do point out where this happens.
"Day 1 interactions are highly revealing" - So what else have they revealed to you, other than you getting a roled town to reveal on day 1 (clap, clap)?

So as you all know...
Korlat has been lynched. He was Tapper, and a Roleless Innocent.
Will resolve Night in two secs.

Apologies for the delay folks - I had an exam yesterday for my Microeconomics course that I was a little stressed about, and after I had finished it I sorta checked out for the evening and completely forgot about this!

I was willing to believe the Fandy 'busy week' excuse. Don't like their jumping on Korlat with no explanation for the vote or really much else about what they think regarding the game/players thus far.
And as I said, Lock popping out after Merrid's case rings some alarm bells. I think that's something worth pursuing tomorrow, depending on the Korlat CF.

I had a funeral to attend yesterday and life is just being an overwhelming shit fest. Doing a read through, this sticks out to me. I think Shadow was onto Lock and that's why they were taken out yesterday. As everyone knows Khell has a knack for spotting scum-
I could put a whole lot of text in quote block and spoon feed it to you, but it's 6 pages..and for now this jumped out and my gut says
VOTE LOCK
He did mention me as possible scum for non-involvement/jumping on the grasp train..Either way I think town should take out someone that Shadow was applying pressure to as the best way to move forward from here. I will try to be back later today and will be around for a little while this morning, but I have a vet appointment and it will all depend on how things go from there, as my old dog is not doing so well.

This is the contribution from Olar to date.
At this rate he might have 5 don't modkill me posts before the end of the game. If he can't post more then this then he needs to be lynched. Leaving him alive come d day is detrimental to towns chances.
I am going to take a look at some players who have been sliding under the radar and not drawing any attention.

I didn't know wth you were talking about here so I googled it...
For everyone else:
So like Scar you are saying that we are all stupid and that you plan on killing someone so you can take over?
This looks like you are planting an Easter egg so you can laugh at us all for not catching onto your reveal as killer.
Fuck that shit.
