No, I'm not the killer, there would have been a few missed kills if I was.

I did feel almost certain that Shadow was, to the point where I started building a case on their not great voting habits.

Right now I'm just seriously confused. I don't understand why Shadow was killed and not the one of you who isn't scum, because then it would most likely just be a case of being "convinced" by either Shadow or myself that the other was the killer.

Basically, I believed you and I regret that now.

Gait was pushing the 'get the cult not the killer' thing pretty hard yesterday', but you've been playing the better game which means you'd be better at concealing scummyness.

I'm going to make some dinner and relax a bit, and then I'm going to see what holes I can poke in this thread.

Shadow was one of the 3 who could have been the Cult Recruiter. Since we lynched Lock the killer obviously agreed that eliminating Cult was best for them too.

Full disclosure: I expect BH to have a negative role, and for this to get my lynched after due to our high posts early and him cleaning me as town, but I am happy having a 1 for 1 trade with us losing one town but getting either a scum or a cult member out of the way. Better ratio than an average game.

The first post was made during that day but well outside the last 8 hour period, but may still be counted if the cult/killer award was an all day thing. The second (which is in the right time period) has the first vote of the last 8 hour period, and contains likely keywords if awarded like that like "scum" and "lynch" but those had been stated by other people before me in that window.

I guess the best thing to point to show my allegiance has been my play so far, I have not hidden away from posting, have kept the WIFOM to a minimum, just found us the cult recruiter and even created the hammer to try and trick cult and/or scum into gloating before the game was over if things got that bad.

My idea with the hammer was to trick someone into laying their vote down thinking it ended the game and then to rub it in possibly even exposing their allies, only for us to be able to turn around and remove our votes from the "hammered" person and lynch the cult/scum instead.

I made it to be given to the first person who voted in the day period because the cult and scum are more likely to vote early to try and push a lynch through without discussion and that increased the chances of one of them picking it up. Sadly it went to Omtose so it didn't see any use at all as we lynched him on the first day.

Neither myself or you can be the first killer, and Eloth is unlikely to be the second killer because of this;

BH clearing Gait is interesting. I did entertain possibilities of some serious distancing which would probably have to involve Gait getting the scum recruiter role day 1 and planning recruit BH night 1 and setting up a faux hard on for BH.

These are Eloth's only posts during the entire Day 4 period, and both of them are outside of the last 8 hour window, so I think that it is unlikely he is the second killer. However Kessobahn had 7 posts just within the 8 hour window for the 2nd killer slot so those could easily have gotten him awarded the second role while Eloth had the first.

You were CIed as not scum after the second role was handed out, so I can only conclude that he is the final road block to a town victory, and frankly Eloth has just been such a non entity that I have no read on him at all other than just logic.

Eloth you have stated before that you can been checking in on the thread regularly and trying to keep read up but just haven't had time to post, how does that work with you now saying you would have missed submitting night actions?

That was part of the idea, I wanted to make it something that wasn't obviously fake, so people would actually try and use it, I even had a stipulation in that in the vote post you had to have written "drop the hammer" so I could pick them out for certain (though first post of the day award criteria made that easy enough to track anyway)
