Okay, so then Tapper's Servant Alt is likely at Roji Airport, I know there's a hidden alt there, unfortunately I don't know who it is. Fener sees two alts and senses something hidden - I'm assuming the something hidden is Tapper's servant.

At any rate, I suspect that tower belonged to Tapper regardless. I'm quite alright with having blown it up.
