Why do I feel like my mind has been violated after reading the game rules?

Much of the world grinds to a halt when faced with the amount of snow/ice Canadaland gets. Canadaland is only bothered when snow/ice tries to leave.

Call it a 48-hour day and end with a weekend freeze perhaps?

So if we are not in SH and not in the game, is this thread purgatory?

I have no idea what is going on. Will have to read more. At least Day is pretty long.

Also, how can melting ice cut a cable? I am visualising razor sharp icicles falling from great heights, causing terror and confusion,

So who has played one of these before and is willing to talk about it?

I'm going to low post and generally do poorly while misunderstanding all the strategies at work, so nothing unusual
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

Alt passwords have now been setup so you should all be able to login to those. Let me know if you still can't.

Starting Day 1 soonish.

Alright, we are live. A couple common questions/clarifications to start:

--In this thread you post in your main forum account.
--You can post in the Fuyuki thread with any alt you control. I and potentially other people in SH will post from non-player-controlled alts. This gives you some ability to post anonymous things not tied to your main account, which could be useful in some instances.
--your main forum account does not count as a "living alt" nor does it do anything beyond post in this thread. It can't perform any actions nor be targeted by them. All actions must be done by a game alt, towards another game alt.
--You only vote here in the Celestial thread, and you vote for an alt in the Fuyuki thread.

Servant selection:

--the more "legendary" the figure, the better. In general, I would avoid anyone born in the last 300 years. Half-mythical figures are the best of the best.
--you don't all have the exact same summoning description/capabilities, but you can tell me what sort of abilities/style you are hoping to get, regardless.
--for the most part, I'd like to avoid re-using anyone from the original novels (I'll let you know if you pick someone from that)
--I can always offer suggestions!

So legendary, old, and mythical to the point that they may not have actually existed?

I summon Macros!

Your summoning is successful. Macros now inhabits an alt.

The alt gains a single enormous hand. Because of the encumbrance this causes you may no longer move.
