Well, some don't play during the weekend.
I am a bit swamped with work, will try and resolve this afternoon.
If the GF goes for yoga, I will have some time tonight as well, otherwise, postponing full resolution looms. Sadly.

I should REALLY turn this into some sort of board game where players can resolve themselves.

Hmm.
I am halfway through resolving - and guess what?
Out of the 6 roles I looked at, I lack information from half of that - sometimes that's me having to ask a question, sometimes it is nothing being submitted. Since any late actions will affect the map, I cannot send out any PMs/excels yet, as that's basically going to create chaos everywhere.
So, what I will do, is this. I will go through all PMs, check and get as far as I can per role, asking for feedback where needed. Then I'll sit and wait for answers, for up to 24 hours.
If I then still lack courtier information/assignment, I will process those players as if they submitted the exact same list of orders as last round for the missing/incomplete courtiers. For abilities/movements/recruitments/combats that are misunderstood or need clarification, I'll wait for an answer, and if not submitted on time, then I'll scrap the abilities/movements/recruitments/combats and keep it as not happening.

The waiting until Monday was fine to wait, but IMO if they don't have them in by NOW then perhaps they could be considered to have "no action" instead of being given another chance to get their orders in. (Wait and see, I have put 0 actions in and am the furthest behind

The problem is that there's some issues with players who did send them in

Besides, I have this itchy feeling that I may have made unit income a bit too cheap, resulting in a single faction recruiting 8 Nobles in a single cycle. There are already players with an income of around 20 of a single resource per cycle.

Holy Christ!
A game as complex as this I guess some fiddling with the numbers would be necessary for the first few games at least. I am definitely up for 2.0 if you ever decide to do it.

Dynastic Victory: control 8 Nobles.
does that mean somebody actually did do that or somebody could do that??

No-one can do it yet, as the resource that nears 20 a cycle isn't influence. Plus, 8 Nobles require 8 estates with Stewards on them, and no-one's topped more than a third (rounded down) of that as a faction. But given how three cycles led to that, I expect a load of Knives in Backs, Nobles, 135+ tier divisions and cost 8 abilities to fly over the board after the next 1-2 cycles...
Everyone is entitled to his own wrong opinion. - Lizrad

Suggestion for next game iteration: Multiply all the resource stats by 10, so 1 manpower = 10 now, but same buying power, that way estates and abilities cost the same, and you can scale the income from units down to 2 or 5 or something without further impacting their combat abilities?

I'm good with we faction leaders telling PS to resolve now with those who haven't submitted resolving with all courtiers and units "as is". Any others?
