This is both hilarious and utterly insane, and I am so glad I'm not playing.

Just make them orient with the same info as any other hex. With something already this complex, the fewer 'special exemptions' you make the better.

And it will be funny.

Should Merrid be shown "his" map as version 1 or two?

Notice to participants: Exploration ships are not detectable by Ancients and remain in the hex monitoring wormhole operational status.

Can I get a translation to what you posted in the FOW game thread? I don't understand what that means exactly.

You get to see the contents of hex 001 and 104 because you have an influenced hex neighboring them. So you see their wormholes. But you can't see whether those wormholes are open or blocked. Blocked == "non-functioning".

Were you seeing 104 because you had explored it, then your exploration ship would give you that information.

Clear as muddy water or clear as mop water?

Btw, the rep badge is going to be a research action. Unlike IH, I think it's too powerful to get it and an action in the same turn.

If you don't think it's possible to get this moving then give it up as a lost cause. It was supposed to move faster than this wasnt it.

I don't think we're there yet. This is just round one and everybody is new to this format.

So are we just going to convert to a regular game then? I wouldn't mind continuing what does everyone else think?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
