Like, did Blend ever upgrade his Starbases' Nuclear Source to a Fusion Source? I can't find it in the action orders, and currently that blueprint looks invalid.

My starbase blueprint is both correct and valid.

Two Plasma Cannons, two +2 computers, two nuclear sources (counting the starbase's innate nuclear)

Total cost is 6 energy, which I have cause of the two nuclear sources.
