How would you manage to occupy it?

Jump drive on Cruiser and two movement on the cruiser placing the ship in D'rek's former homeworld in one reaction. He has neutron bombs so he wipes the population allowing him to influence the hex at the end of the round thus opening up the ability for you two to dipo up which will allow you to form an alliance.

Once the Circle alliance finally gets going I'm going to do a reaction. Remove excess drives on Interceptor and add back the positron computer in the blank slot.
