I haven't really had a shot at any decent technologies because I've always been so far down the list, was kind of excited to finally potentially get a stab at something somewhat useful.

That'd make you third Blend. If you rotate towards you. So Gnaw twelve then blend etc

Like I said, I'll go with whatever the thread decides, but I think we should just stick to pass order given that's what we started with.

I think you should either pass or do another upgrade and Pass. Even not fighting IH/Tapper or CF the only way you'll win and afford the hex is by bankrupting your other hexes which will kill your already poor production. Add in the fact that you'll likely lose without major upgrades to your dreads if you do go ahead with the fight and you can pretty much count yourself down and out for the game.
Just my 2 cents worth.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
