Wait...I must have missed this in the game set up. Pass order determines turn order next time around...not just rotation direction around the board?

No problem if so -- just didn't realize that was the case.

So the order changes every round based on the order that people pass? Like, it's not just going to go either clockwise or counter-clockwise?
