I would be happy to try this do-it-yourself whatsit.

I will definitely help troubleshoot as we start up but I really can't commit to being a regular alt mod in the near future for this game. March thru June are very much a make-or-break time for me and my startup company and I really won't have the spare time to devote to modding. After that maybe...
So not sure I understand.
I need to download the SVG and I can edit it whatever or is there some google drive-linked editor I should be using?

Modding is going to be a boon to me. When my mom died a few years ago, Dad and I had to go 6 or 8 places every week for about a month so that's what I was expecting. I was informed yesterday that that won't be the case this time since Dad's will has to be probated. 6 months minimum and possibly a year.

IH, you still haven't given a definitive list of what hexes are in and what are out.

What places where you going to Gnaw?
I travel constantly now. Staying in hotels each night of the week. Except weekends, I'll go back home to my wife.

Ok, think I've got it now. I have to open each folder in a web browser first. Then the google drive application downloads the images to my computer.

I meant locally. Having to go places to hand out death certificates, get Mom's name removed from accounts, etc. It was a busy time but it was simple because we were transferring stuff to the spouse.
The situation now is an inheritance from Dad to my sisters and myself. Probate means that the state gets involved and slows the process down dramatically.

I can try the self modding thing but I'm sure I'm going to need a LOT of handholding due to my serious lack of techfu. I think I've decided on orientation and cube discard.
Wormhole hexes should be SW, S, NE, N (should be two wormhole hexes faced towards tier II) and discard Money.

I know the feeling. We had to do the whole probate processs when my father died, and it was agonisingly slow, not helped by the fact that you seemed to deal with a different person every single time.

Sorry about your Dad. A death in the family is never a good thing. Family can make a hard time harder.

IH, linking isn't going to work. Computers are stupid and only look where you tell them to look.

I'll go ahead a build a game file if you'd like with embedded images.
I think we're ready to start the action phase however. At least try to get Tapper's action in before he goes to bed.

Yay pink discs!! My prayers are answered!!!
Anyway,
PROVISIONAL
Explore tier 2 to the southeast of my homeworld.
EDIT -- actually I'll wait to see the techs in case there's something essential.
I think that only makes sense as a first move.

Gnaw , sorry to hear about your father. Remember you have friends in us (albeit random internet friends) and we're happy to lend an ear if you need it.

Re: the self-modding thing...
I mostly play from work, and I can't install anything on my work computer, so I can't do any of this self-modding stuff if it requires that I install anything.
