I haven't actually decided yet. I'm thinking Orion, Hydra, or Magellan. But pirates and mechanema are on my list as well.

I'm definitely going to wait to see what the ruler of our universe picks. She scurrs me.

If there's anyone after me who really, really wants a species I'd probably defer to them. I'm up for a group consensus type pick or just straight cut-throat first come first served.

Usually "Player 1" will be the first to take an action once the game starts... and you pick in reverse player order, so player 9 should pick race first.
