Pissed off both queens, I did. Happy, I am, about that.

Disliked culture hunt, both Queens did. Suggest correct course of action, it does, to me. Enough agreement, we proceed. Yes?

Dislike Summer more, I do. Weaker, they are. For us to take out, easier prey, they are. Winter are dangerous, without doubt. Urge caution fighting both power factions at once, I do. Focus our attention and remain united, we should.

Thoughts on this, I would like to hear.

Out, I am, again.

A final post today, to gloat, I had to make. Pissed off both so quickly, I did. Enjoy that, I do. Bitches, suck it.

Edit: Edited format of quote, I did

Well, I can't say I was angry. I endorsed the wisdom in keeping the Sidhe factions level. Unfortunately, Winter had other ideas. This Taylor Swift chick sounds like a cruel and unusual punishment

What a strange way to post! I agree focus is important so lets eliminate the waste and get this game on track to a singular target.

I wonder if changelings can choose to either join the human or sidhe factions depending on how the game is going. Again, dont know if it translated into the game, but if you look at the wiki a changeling can choose either or.

Just a quick note on this - in the books, once a Changeling has declared for the Sidhe, they cannot revert back to human, they become whatever their other half blood is, so I would assume this game works the same.

Quote

Maybe something to consider as Summer lost one of the guards or players aligned with her, so that might have given the winter-sidhe changelings some confidence to turn to that side.

I also find this part of the post interesting - seems to me Korlat is subtly trying to point us in Winter's direction. He's saying "Winter looks more attractive to the Changelings right now, so we should try to deal with that by bringing winter back to parity."

If we decide to culture hunt Summer, and I'm thinking that's the logical way to go as it would leave us with only one Sidhe queen to deal with, so far this is about the only thing that stands out to me that doesn't come from one of the Queens' mouths.

I wonder if it would be better for us to to try to eliminate any possible summer or winter. To expand my thought. Summer has already lost a player if we think that Korlat is winter and lynch him then the balance would still remain and winter would remain. I don't think that a culture hunt will be that possible here, because the lower roles may not know one another so that then there isn't going to be anything to point from one to another. I think that it is possible that only the queens know who is on there team and since they are lynch proof now they are just going to throw out false signals. I am fine voting for Korlat as a possible member of winter.

Vote Korlat

"You feeling lucky, punk? Well, are ya?"

I wasn't implying that Korlat was likely Winter, I was implying that Korlat could be summer trying to get us to NOT culture hunt Summer.

At any rate, I'll

vote Korlat

because I think a Summer culture hunt is the way to go.

Okay, so I'm all caught up. And two people stand out to me, and neither is Tennes. For what it's worth, I'm enjoying the split personality RP, it's like a breath of fresh air, and makes me wish I'd thought up my own thing before beginning to post.

Anyways:

In any case, this is a thing we should be thinking about, day one lynches being notoriously difficult to get.

I'm leaning towards Tellan, personally. Clearly a mercenary, not currently allied with anyone. Does anyone else have thoughts? Because as entertaining (or not) as you find this conversation, it isn't getting us anywhere.

Bolded part suggests that from the beginning of the game Rikkter has had a clear (non-changeable?) alliance.

If anyone seems to be a lone mercenary than I would pick Mockra because of that there post.

Korlat then wades into the matter, suggesting they are like Rikkter.

Not very clear to me. Also, why should the majority of the thread go after mercenaries? Don't we want the shields?

"Who wants to live forever,"You want to lynch the talkers?Vote Rikkter
Sure, if they're not talking anything useful. Vote Tellan

Wanting to lynch Tellan with no reason again. Who are you to say what they have said is useful or not?

I'm not at all trying to rush a lynch, merely suggesting that this might be a thing we should think about. I'm interested in your terminology, first I'm "fishy", then I'm "rushing a lynch". The first one is vague, the second is unfounded, and it really looks to me like you're stretching to find something to attack me for.

The mercenary comment was because it looks to me like Tellan is out to get everything he can and he'll sell himself to the highest bidder. Clearly I've been watching too much Sleepy Hollow recently, that was badly worded and I apologise. However, this is essentially a faction game, and anyone looking to switch loyalties is suspicious to me. I agree that we should be looking for shields, but so far the only mention of shields is also in relation to Tellan.

Finally, my reasoning for voting Tellan is in the second quote you posted, so I'm not sure what you mean by wanting to vote Tellan again. You're welcome to disagree with me, of course, but I found nothing useful from Tellan's fishing, and I found the sections about women in particular gross and misogynistic, and I was bored of the conversation, so I started a new one.

Why switch? Why not 'align'? Again suggesting that Rikkter has a pre-determined side they're playing on.

Korlat came out with this post after the first vote for one of the tyrants. "Please don't vote for my ruler"?

Shield potentially down. Is it worth trying a lynch on Summer today?

I will

Vote Rikkter

now, but I am open to trying a lynch on Summer after Alkend's modkill.
I mentioned that because of the books they are vital to each other and need both Queens for balance and I think it will translate into the game.

Aside from testing Pallid's lynchability (and most people seem to agree on minimum two shields), I'd probably go for Korlat, for the reasons I highlighted last time, alongside Rikkter - though I was wrong on Rikky at least. But nothing substantive has come up since then, so that's what I'm left with.

Although it seems useful to have that power levels list from PS, it doesn't really mean much until you can start putting names (or at least sides) next to the numbers.

Just like you were wrong about Rikkter the weak case against me is wrong as well.

Nope, not saying nothing of such, just mentioning what I noticed of the roles to what can potentially be translated from the books into the game. You just seem to be voting me cause there isn't anything really else on the table. Which is fine I suppose but its not correct. the lynch didn't work out last time, do you think it still has enough merit to try to lynch me today again?

"There's a lotta things about me you don't know anything about, Dottie. Things you wouldn't understand. Things you couldn't understand."

Frankly, given the dearth of anything useful in this thread, I jumped on the only thing that stood out to me. I'm not set in stone against you, but until I see something better come along, I'm gonna leave my vote where it is. As I've said, I'm completely sick of just sitting here watching us all have non-conversations.

So what are YOUR thoughts on the game aside from accusations levelled against you?

Tulas you know as this game as gone on I have started to like you a bit more. I felt you where a bit of a buzz kill on days 1 and 2. But I am liking how you think and finding myself more in agreement then in disagreement.

Aren't I being lynched because of my thoughts? They are there. I might not have said too much anything against anyone specific, apart from the one post asking Tennes something, which he didn't respond to either, but I have more thoughts than some.

If you guys things its better to lynch me than for example some non entity that might or might not show up because sometime I am a sure threat that's fine. At least I am somewhat invested and interested in the game.

Great wisdom in this post there is. HENCEFORTH ALL OF TOGG'S POSTS SHALL BE DONE FOLLOWING YODA'S SENTENCE STRUCTURE

So I think Togg is a safe vote as being on neither side? :p

I would be extremely hesitant to use the queens doing anything to someone as evidence they are not on the same side.

And, moreover, following your logic, that would make Togg the one I'm least likely to vote for currently, surely. Unless of course you, Silanah, are a member of Winter or Summer, and now believe that Togg cannot be.

"Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate."

I agree with this - I think it would silly of the queens to so blatantly single out members of their own courts by only targeting members of the other court. Not to say we shouldn't be paying ANY attention to it, just that we shouldn't be putting too much stock into their on thread decisions.

I've done a bit of searching to find this post you're referencing, but I'm at a loss. Care to pull that out?

Otherwise, the only thing you've really commented on are potential game mechanics (i.e. how many are in each faction, who probably has what power levels, etc.)
