Well Tellan (See Tennes we are going to use his name correct. I see Tennes. I see.) I think that if they are vulnerable then it would only be for today. Of course there is no guarantee that they are. Im just thinking out load. That is what is in the books, the Queens powers balance each others out. If that is relevant to the game I dont know.
