Looks like a charming game.
I want to ask a question...
What smells like bacon, tastes like bacon and goes well on a sandwich?

Looks like travel in the spirit realm isn't possible except with the help of the spiritwalker as there are none of the "lines you are allowed to move on" in it. That may end up being significant.

I assume it only matters to people who can go there and the rest of us can just ignore it. For that matter, it's not like this is Tales of the Desert and every location actually does something for everyone. For the most part we can just ignore locations altogether.

Tip: If there are named locations in the game, they matter to someone.
Of course, but that's not the same as they generically matter to everyone. It's not like Dresden where all abilities only work in the same location or anything like that.
Knowledge or hallucination?
Sharing is caring.

If they had some generic mechanic/effect it would say so in the OP. All the OP says is that there are locations and we can move around them. So their only effects must be private per-role effect.

I think this sounds reasonable.
Heya, I'm here, you may all kneel now.

I kneel to no one! Unless they offer me an ostrich-horse in return!
