Let's all reveal our roles. Each and every one. I'm sure no one will lie. What if Unalaq becomes the dark avatar and needs to know who is Korra to get that raava spirit. I'm not a fan.

I'm sorry, what?

Well Blend mentioned 16 players in the sign up and only 15 players are playing. That plus the modkill will make it a little easier for people to lie.

Who are you Togg?

I'm someone who is happy to wait a bit longer to see if anyone else tries to claim being me, thanks.

Its always easier to not reveal and not have to lie than fake reveal and make a mistake. So easy and safe for scum to agree or put the notion that its not good to reveal. That's why it would be most beneficial if everyone did it not just a few. Scum still need location so even if they know who Korra is there is no way of them knowing where she is. Also, if we lynch Korra its not game over, if anything the Dark Avatar cannot be created without her. She probably has to die is a specific way. At least we got 4 players we can avoid lynching now.

We still did t get any night kills. And we probably won't again. So, we will just be guessing who to lynch next. With a reveal we can make a better guess.

Just think the benefits of it outweigh disadvantages.

Ermmmm....this is some really dangerous assumptions. What makes you think the Dark Avatar, if and when it appears, isn't going to be a fuck-everyone-predator-role with no range limitations, just as one example? They are sure to be better than your average bear.

All the more reason to force out identities now and kill them before they even get to that point.

Yes but either way we are just waiting for it. Scum won't be picking themselves. All they need is a name.

And not actual name but the malazan avatar name. So if the dark avatar shows up and can do that he will do it regardless if our real names are revealed.

Yes, but they can narrow down their main objective much much faster because of it. What if, for example, their only win condition is, 'eliminate Korra'?

There are two options here:

1) Blend didn't think about what would happen if we mass revealed.

2) The reason there was no 'no reveals' rule put in, is, because like many games where there is no such rule, there's a big downside to doing it.

It just seems too easy to reveal and win that way, therefore I'm assuming there are mechanics that you guys have not thought of.

Not possible. Can't you put the pieces together? Read the fucking thread, the OP, and all the reveals. Come back when you have paid attention.

Also, where is P-S? Didn't day end like over 12 hours ago?

Oh I'm sure there is a lot we haven't thought of yet. But at the moment the scum are at their weakest point and they only grow stronger, lets strike now, we have the tools to do it!

Ultama if you think I have missed something (entirely possible) then tell me what it is, don't just act like an asshole. It makes you look like an asshole. You asshole.

We do not. If your role PM, like mine, says that to win we have to eliminate the Dark Avatar, then we currently have no tools with which to do it - because they don't exist yet. Scum are not at their weakest point because the big bad hasn't even entered the game yet. When it does happen, when they do appear, I reckon that it will be a paradigm shift to the game.

I know what you're thinking - take out Unulaq before he becomes the Dark Avatar. But think about dude, why would the role PM say take out the DA to win if we could supposedly win without taking out the DA. Answer: Seems obvious to me - we can't!

Sorry for not being around, I've been out all day. Haven't really got to grips with what's been happening in my absence (why is everyone seemingly revealing?) but I do know that I don't care about Sorrit.

Vote Sorrit

As of right here....

It is now Day 5. There are 8 hours 14 minutes remaining.

11 players still alive: Korbas, Korlat, Rikkter, Silanah, Sorrit, Spite, Tennes, Tholen, Tiamatha, Togg, Ultama

6 votes for a lynch; 6 votes to go Night.

6 votes Sorrit: Rikkter, Togg, Tholen, Korbas, Ultama, Spite

11 players not voted: Korbas, Korlat, Rikkter, Silanah, Sorrit, Spite, Tennes, Tholen, Tiamatha, Togg, Ultama

Sorrit has been lynched. He was Eska and HiddenOne.

Desna - that's possibly maybe perhaps a good lynch.

I don't believe that. What your saying is that for UA to win we must allow the Dark Avatar to emerge and then kill him. If we prevent him from appearing that is also a win. At least I see it as such.

Agreed, Unalaq is just a man, if we destroy him now before he reaches the Vaatu the Dark Avatar dies before it can even be born, we win by default. He may well have BPs or lynch proofs, but they will not be unlimited.

Movement phase has been resolved. If you haven't been told otherwise, assume your movement was successful.
