Omtose 3

Vote Omtose

Well I can say with 100% certainty that you are wrong. :D

That's a post count.

Well .........you still missed on the alt guess

One of us is confused. Because I didn't make any alt guess.

I think Galayn Lord, was just showing what end game could look like. So with 18 realities at day 13 with us taking not taking the time to lynch early this is what the end game will look like is what I have gathered.

Nope. I had to enter player names to run a test game. I just chose 12 off the top of my head. The table only added the names for the dead ones. For example, GH isn't even playing this game.

What he said.

Sorry, I guess I should have specified that in the initial post.

Why are there dumbasses already voting for night? Did one of you actually say vote night as a sound off that you got your actions in, because that's fucking retarded, you know that, right? As we only need half the votes to get to night, meaning half the players wouldn't have submitted anything. Cooperation fail.

I found Alkend as town.

Going with the shaky assumption that most voted to kill Merrid, that might make Merrid player 4. As player 4 is also the least likely to be scum currently, do we have a new suggestion for a target this time round?

Edit: punctuation.

But seriously, that's all you have to comment on from my post?

Okay, let me try and get this across, this time. Currently, we are in an absolutely wonderful situation. We are all, (technically, to a greater or lesser degree, but even so) still town. And what is best, we all know that we are all town. Yes, two of us will become scum at some point, but it has not happened as yet.

I know that some smartass is now going to come on and point out actually we're both scum and town - but no. If you're above 50% town, you should be playing like town. Which means playing as a cooperative team. And as I already said, we're in a great position because we *should* be able to all trust each other.

So why don't we work together as a town collective and work through this methodically? Who do you think should be the next collective target?

Yes, we should all be working collectively. Remember, it is extremely important to realize that us sending in kill orders helps reduce the amount of realities, but also helps Scum. The question is do we target the same person we lynch. I could be completely wrong on this point. Galayn, did you ever run a calculation on if targeting the same person we lynch does more than random people in reducing the total possible realities.

I'm going to try my best to not be a dick here. For one if you are not reading the thread, you are not paying attention to what is being said. If you go back a little ways in game you can read why some of us think voting night is the best action. I won't repeat here, you will just have to read it yourself.

Unless you are still new to community of Mafia players here, you must realize some of them will be actively trying to be scum.

Collectively trying to kill a member of town is not in the towns best interest.

Oh my dear God, are you for real? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

I didn't say voting for night is a bad idea - I meant that voting SO EARLY in the day is a bad idea, in case it builds up to a moronic early pile on (and stupider things have happened) before everyone has their actions in.

And your final point - we are NOT actively trying to kill someone. What I propose is weeding out the number of realities, and most importantly establishing who is which number by concentrating the majority of kills on one target. So, as I pointed out earlier, if a fair few people targetted Merrid last night, as they said they would, then it can be argued that Merrid might be player 4. Player 4 is also a low likelihood of being scum, so now the collective action should move onto another target. Is this making sense to you?

You know when I was wrong earlier in the day I had the good graces to admit it.

You sir have no honor and can fuck off.....

...and so you know, and everybody else, I am player 4. So safe to say they didn't collectively target Merrid.

Not sure how that makes me wrong, I did say IF the majority targetted Merrid

But thanks for admitting that, that is helpful.

I would really rather we do try for an honest, collective pull-together on the actions. I don't see why there should be so much resistance to such an idea. After all, that's what we do for lynches, isn't it? Only with doing it on actions instead, there is a larger chance that it won't result in anyone's death (i.e. a townie's death), but will still give us info.

I outed myself for a reason. Every night action we use must have a numerical value. Some people have been voting to kill me each night. It must (I think) be changing my alive% in a way we can figure out. We, and when I say we I mean the people good at this math thingamabob (not me) should be able to track the number of people voting to off me. And the way to do that would be with daily vote reveals. Then we can figure out who is lying.

And Ruse, the being wrong is not about the Merrid thing. It was about lashing out at the night voting, you skimmed the thread and not read what was posted. Nothing else.

Edit~fixed a word speileng
