Tomorrow, 3:00PM, after class near the monkey bars.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Read Blood and Bone for more on Kallor.....
But from my understanding of the series, part of curse from K'rul et al is thathe will never ascend. Now the nature of ascension is deliberately unclear and willalways be, but as Baruk says “there are many paths to ascension". Howeverfrom Trake in MoI, death is at least one path, maybe part of his curse is thathe can never die and has to roam the earth unfulfilled and that is both thecause for his actions and his punishment.

Kallor's existence is a never ending series of reamage, because no matter what he does, not matter how he succeeds, he always, always, fails in the end.
Now unfortunately the byproduct of that is a whole lot of bystanders getting killed, but the universe is funny that way.
Look at the end of TtH... he thinks he's killed someone he respected, arrived too late for the conflict he wanted to be at, and gained nothing.

I'd pretty much think that Kallor has been getting his all through MBotF, most of the ICE books and several hundreds of thousands of years before that. Can't be pleasant, being Kallor.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

I like how this statement can be taken a couple different ways (both true!)
"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"
