I don't believe any of the Shields crap. That's just Tatts riffing on the Tyrant Steve crap (wishful thinking). I'm sure he damn well is night-killable, if someone would be so kind. In the meantime, agree that it doesn't hurt to throw votes down and try and lynch him early in the day then look elsewhere if it doesn't pan.

Could he be Nemesis? Maybe. It would jive with being hard to lynch and kind of jive with power absorptions (but not really). But I find it hard to believe Nemesis would be its own alt. More likely I think Nemesis would just be a recruiting mechanism that starts with outsiders and can spread. Up until Cold Days, Nemesis is never seen as its own corporeal entity. I think something more likely would be that Tiam is indeed the third walker and maybe Tulas was recruited via Nemesis.

It's a sort of parasite that can infect just about anyone. It comes from the Outsiders - not sure if it is created by them or if they are working for it, or even if they are infected with it, too. In any case, it would have all the same goals as the Outsiders. It doesn't really seem to directly affect an infected person's capabilities, but it does alter their mind, turning them to the dark side. It can even let people break their natural restrictions, like infected faeries can lie.

Nicodemus is aware of it, is not infected and seems to be against it. All the faeries from the faerie courts should be against it, though some are/may be/have been infected with it. Mab seems to have a way to cleanse it, as seen at Arctis Tor. It's responsible for a lot of the crazy shit seen in the earlier books, but which events exactly were Nemesis-influenced is not fully known.

Early on Tulas talks about Tiam's role could be a predator type role, before much is mentioned about it. Now, way later, we have Tiam saying exactly that - that he could have had a predator role.

I know we already think Tulas and Tiam are linked, or are the same person, so this is just more evidence to back the assumption. If one fails, we should try the other.

Honestly at this point I don't think a Tiam lynch is going to go through... If 19 of 20 yesterday didn't do it, then 18 o f 19 today probably won't. I'd rather go after Tulas, who, as many have noted, seem connected in some way. For now I'll refrain from voting, but if everyone insists upon voting Tiam, I'll add on, but if not I'll be voting Tulas sooner or later.
