Yeah, I don't know if the Outsider bit could have any impact on this game.

Throughout most of White Night, he is identified as a tall man in a grey cloak. That description causes most of the local magic community to mistakenly think that the killer of practitioners is Harry Dresden.

Harry gets a look at his face for the barest instant. Harry describes him as: in his mid-thirties, tall, lean and wolfish. [2]

During the events of White Night, Vittorio was involved in a plot to "cull" magically attuned women in an attempt to limit the power of Humanity in the long term and also as part of a power play within the White Court.[3] While Harry was investigating the deaths of these women Vittorio attempted to kill him with fire bombs, and Harry eventually managed to track him to his subterranean lab using Little Chicago.



And all white court campires can induce lust, despair or fear - in Vittorio's case he used despair to make them kill themselves (like Elaine in the bathtub scene)

I see the 'cull' plot as perhaps what his VCs might be like - preying on the humans (including wereolves) when they're alone or try to escape, sort of thing.

All just speculation for the most part, though.
