That is an interesting point about Ryadd, although how that would fit into the framework of faction VC and personal VC, I do not know.

Not really an issue, could be a faction of 1 where personal VC = faction VC. Like a Fujiwara general still camping in his castle or something (not that Lisheo is playing).

Referring to people as 'sheeple' and 'idiots' for voting you does not constitute adequate defense. Agreeing with someone and voting the same way is not the same thing as following blindly.
While I tend to agree with the idea that the person who brings up an unusual mechanic generally has some connection to that mechanic, I think you're overstating the extent to which both Ryadd and Jalan based their votes on the belief that you are a solo player.

Either way, he points out that you are contradicting yourself, by saying that we need a lynch but calling people sheep for voting you. That is the main reasoning for his vote, so your implication that he is jumping on a bandwagon that came out of nowhere is poor reading comprehension at best and deliberately inaccurate at worst.

While I'll agree that the part you underlined doesn't necessarily mean he's saying there's a solo player, you've pretty much reading-failed yourself by ignoring the last sentence in that very same post.

I'll further add that you're not wrong - but Jalan did not make a case, he just said "Hey, I guess Ryadd could be right!" and followed onto the easy train. You're right that I misread his post about the SOLO mission thing, but even so, he's agreeing with Ryadd's assessment that I must have a big role because I blew up about a comment that he made that I thought was ridiculous. If I had a big role, it would have served me better to sit back and let the comment slide.
Half the people on my train are voting for me because it's the easy vote. I realize this is par for the course on Day 1, but how else am I supposed to defend against a noncase besides calling people out on taking the easy vote?
I'm being lynched for standing up for myself. I realize, again, that this is par for the course for Day 1, but telling me that I should just sit back and take it up the ass is kind of bullshit, if you ask me.

PathShaper has my reasons for my delay, and I assure you they are valid. Simply put, some of us can't always be as present on thread as one would like. This is a faction game, though. During a normal scum and town game, everyone's input is needed in order to attempt to figure out scum from town. This faction game is quite different from a perspective of how much players participate. Faction games lend me to believe that patience is more important than in normal games.
Town can't band together and accuse someone of scum. Here, we have to take into account that we are likely going after someone of our own faction. If someone finds a reason to claim an individual as a specific faction, then we're left with a scenario where those who don't vote must be revealing as being on the same team, while those who continue to push a vote reveal as not on that faction.
Quite a different dance than some of our new players are used to. I for one, can't say I've missed much up until now. Everyone held their thoughts close before the 24 hour deadline, which speaks volumes.
All I see us left with right now, is a lynch in process on Kedeviss, which is standard for today. It could have been anyone today.

It's really annoying that I'm being lynched, as I suspected from the beginning of the Day, because of a couple of stupid votes making me the viable lynch, and that no one has enough time to actually fucking talk about it.

While I'll agree that the part you underlined doesn't necessarily mean he's saying there's a solo player, you've pretty much reading-failed yourself by ignoring the last sentence in that very same post.

Nope. I quite clearly said that Ryadd suggested there were solo players in the game, and that he should be questioned about his motives for making that suggestion. What I'm objecting to is your assertion that the basis for his vote on you is that he thinks you are a solo player, which is clearly not the case.

I'll further add that you're not wrong - but Jalan did not make a case, he just said "Hey, I guess Ryadd could be right!" and followed onto the easy train. You're right that I misread his post about the SOLO mission thing, but even so, he's agreeing with Ryadd's assessment that I must have a big role because I blew up about a comment that he made that I thought was ridiculous. If I had a big role, it would have served me better to sit back and let the comment slide.
Half the people on my train are voting for me because it's the easy vote. I realize this is par for the course on Day 1, but how else am I supposed to defend against a noncase besides calling people out on taking the easy vote?

So? Not everyone needs to make a case when voting for a person. Sometimes it's enough to agree with the assessment of another person and add your vote to theirs. If one person is doing that consistently without coming up with their own reasoning that may be a cause for further investigation, but simply agreeing with someone on its own isn't necessarily suspicious.

And how is that not being a sheep? How is that not just taking the easy vote?
How would you suggest I defend from a case of "You blew up, so I'm making an assumption that you're a big player"
The only way to defend from that is to say "Hey, you're wrong"
And then they're gonna be all like "NUUUUUU, I'm right, you're stupid!"
Then it's just he said she said bullshit. So yeah, it's frustrating to see people just voting cause it's the easy vote. You're still suggesting I just sit back and not call people out on it, and that's just fucking stupid.
