Incidentally yes, because FoD (to some extent) informs Blood and Bone (in terms of some entities/terminology, not big plot strokes), and B&B goes before Assail. But in the long run it's not that important, and you can do FoD once you're done with all the modern tales and it shouldn't harm anything.
