I've also been attempting the Vault of Glass with two friends. We managed to get past the door lol. Now the Templar is kicking our asses.

Go watch the year two live stream. Item space is increasing.

Also, less concerned about glimmer cap and more about the fact that when vanguard and crucible marks are combined into legendary marks, you'll have a shared cap across all three characters of 200 (though you can earn as many as you want in a week so as long as you spend them...)

Yeah, 72 for Armor, 72 for weapons, and 36 for misc.

And you won't need to keep emblems and shaders there either, as those will have dedicated kiosks to get any you want from, the only ones you'd keep in your vault are ones you want to have ready to grab. Also, this will be account shared, so all chars will be able to get all your shaders and emblems.

And yeah, I need to pick up the Thunderlord. XD

Vault space, ofc. There's no room for more items and no need to carry that many! XD Sorry if that wasn't clear...

Yes, yes it is.

But seriously, how much more than 9 do you need? At least for specials and heavies, that's one of each type of weapon with each type of damage (legendaries), with one or two exotics (I'm assuming most people don't run around with 3 snipers, 3 fusions, and 3 shotguns, but rather have 2-3 snipers, plus one legendary, and then 2-3 shotguns, plus one legendary, and then a fusion rifle or two. And of course with heavy weapons you have 3 exotic slots as you only need 3 MGs and 3 launchers, so there are 3 spare spaces (until we get swords, ofc), and there are only really 3 decent heavy exotics, so...). Anyway, point being, while I can understand primaries being an issue if you change between types often (I don't) and have a few exotics you want to use as well, the other slots are fine. I have at most 4 different pieces of armour on my character at once, though I only really use the PoE stuff now as it has the best bonuses (but normally it would have a similar policy of 2-3 legendary options with different bonuses or stat spreads, and one or two exotic options).

Vault space is much more important imo.

Just got an exotic shotgun drop in Crucible. The Fourth Horseman? Sounds cool

Edit: it fucking SUUUUUUCKS.

How is this even an exotic?!

Wow that sucks...I wonder why you haven't gotten one yet? Juju can be fun but I got bored with it after awhile and it's been in vault for months now. It has a sweet green glow.

Vault space will double for TK! No word yet on if item will be added upon. Glimmer will stay at 25K....boo!

It was definitely my lucky night - I also received 4 legendaries in 5 crucible matches, all of which I didn't have already. I'm liking Ill Will (mostly because it's SO much better than my only other legendary hand cannon The Revelator) and the machine gun BTRD, both of which I got in that run.

I have to agree, I just carry one type of each gun on me.

To what extent do you guys think about Arc/Void/Solar damage when choosing weapons? I've never paid even the remotest attention to what kind of damage my weapons produce.

BTRD can pack a punch. Get a stability perk for it!

Ill Will I hate! It's so slow firing and reloading for me.

Yep, already got the stability perk :D I love it, it absolutely massacres people in Crucible. First time I've actually felt powerful in multiplayer. It's got pretty much the same stats as Thunderlord.

As I said, Ill Will feels good compared to Revelator. I like the extra range on it.

In PvP? None.

In PvE it can be the difference between clearing a mission and wiping at the first Hallowed Wizard. XD

Especially if you're playing a Nightfall or PoE with some kind of damage burn on. Running around on a Nightfall with, say, arc burn and Patience and Time or Vestian Dynasty? So much win. Better if Specialist is on - you can hit for 60k+ damage at times.

But it's meaningless in Crucible.

Yea Sil I carry lots of items. I usually only have 1 to 2 free slots. I change stuff constantly so just adding 3 slots would help my style a lot.

Ed: sigh can't get on. PS servers are down. Idk if XB is down.

Not that I'm aware of. XD

But I don't understand. I mean, I have one or no free weapon slots on primary and special, but I never need to use my vault because I have all the different guns I need on me. More slots would just see me carry more weapons I never use... What do you change for?

Just to keep sharp on each type. I ll swap on the fly constantly

You know the game was intentionally designed so you stick with the weapon loadout you initially go for? That's why there's no quick swap button and you have to go imto the menu to change, so people didn't constantly swap weapons in multiplayer.

Ugh, when your playing Crucible and the lag is bad enough to mean you hit fucking NO ONE....and yet everyone can shoot you like you're not even moving. It's SOOOOO frustrating.

And I just played an entire round where a guy was able to shut down my super (blade dancing) with a fucki melee punch....one melee punch. I have never rage quit so hard in my life.

How is shutting me down while in super even possible with one melee punch?!

There will be new medals, including over 20 kills without dying. Check out My Name is Byf on YouTube for some of them.

It's less about being a good player and more about being good at talking about the game and getting around the community.

Half of these guys now get invited to official Bungie events and even behind the scenes stuff because they have had such a large impact on the community and it's shape. Most of them aren't the best players, either, just pretty good. It's all about the crowd appeal, lol. And bringing that extra bit of something to talking about games they love.

Hey Scott could you tell I was Southern when we played? Atleast if I try to get into this people will be able to understand me! I live an hr west of true Cajun land speech. Hell I can't even understand half the people from my own state. Lmao.

Yeah, you have an accent, but it's not like super thick or anything. I'd call it mild southern. It's certainly not hard to understand. :D
