Right now I am seeing Alkends and denul or korbas as scum.

Toc the Younger had mused over the past few days. He knew Sorry was evil but he did not know why she would kill Bridgeburners, the most revered force the Malazans had, unless there was a motive. After her death he had come upon the idea that someone may have manipulated her. The way she killed was not very Claw like which ruled out Laseen. The way she killed was more in line with the Talon. That took him down a path that led him to the old emperor Kellanved and the old head of the assassins Dancer. Dancer was considered amongst many as the best assassin there ever was. Could he have somehow influenced Sorry in anyway. His thoughts continued for days until he came to the realization that the new God's of Shadow were the old emperor and his notorious friend.

He gathered everyone and pointed his finger directly towards a shadow in the room. It was not actually a shadow but a Shadow.

The Shadow coalesced into a form. A solemn looking man no taller than Toc himself. He pointed the finger right back at Toc and blamed him for the most recent murders.

Tattersail had been trying to read her deck for days to no avail. This kept her blind in the way of things. On certain days that she was supposed to go out and guard her friends her urge to bed Ganoes surged. Little did she know it was Cotillion playing with her thoughts. He had put doubt into her mind about Toc. So much so that right now she did not believe him. She agreed with Cotillion that Toc was the killer.


Kalam did not know what to believe. He had thought he had found the killer in Shadowthrone, but then again he had also found Cotillion. Yet he trusted Tattersail. She was his only hope. He knew if they caught the killer today that that Tattersail could find an innocent at night or not. He did not know, but he felt it.

Ha ha ha. Muhahhaahahahahaa *Cackling erupted from everywhere at once.*

The whole room went dark, and only a faint nimbus of light was left, into that light a hound moved left. Then a hound moved right. A figure, a Shadow of a Shadow, sitting on a throne.

"He he he, Do you like the circle that I ran yesterday. Sprint this way sprint that way. Look over there. Run over there. Pant pant. Still alive. Fighting the good fight." he monologues.

He gleefully walks up to Toc and wraps a rope around his neck. He gives it to Tattersail and asks her to walk backwards. She gladly accepts this order.

Toc is raised by the neck, his feet leaving the ground, Kalam starts to protest but it is too late. There is a snap. Toc's neck is broke.

The cackles rain down from the gloom.

Korabas is dead. He was Toc the Younger and town.


Kalam is distraught. He picks up his knives and turns towards Shadowthrone.

Shadowthrone laughs. Then laughs some more, Kalam rushes towards him, Shadowthrone opens his Warren, he uses Mockra and throws it towards Kalam.

Kalam stops and turns, he sees Tattersail and walks towards her. "You Hood forsaken bitch, you've killed us all" he mumbles. She looks out wide eyed. What have I done? What have I done? She turns to flee but Shadowthrone is there. He whispers in her ear, "you fucking god damn fucking pussy bitch motherfucker, I will fuck your dead body" and just laughs as he starts stabbing. Chiff, chiff went the sound.

Eloth is dead. She was Tattersail, Khellendros and town also (Saboteur of High House Mafia)


"Well good job", Shadowthrone states.

"Tough going, with our constraints" Cotillion replies.

"Together?" Shadowthrone asks

"Together" Cotillion replies

Kalam did not stand a chance.

Alkend is dead. He was Kalam, Shinrei and town.

Congratulations team scum.

Well, I have most of the off thread comm's in SH and as the game went by I did a few comments. I hoped to flesh out SH as much as you guys did in the game thread. I hope you enjoyed it.

My first ever game ran as MOD. It was quite the experience.

Thank you all dearly for playing.

I know most of you had RL commitments. The Dude, Venge and HO amongst those.

I can see a death of mafia coming soon as many people seem busy, but I am so glad you played my game and that I got to experience modding before the end.

Another thank you for Macros, who does not play many games and to King Lear who stepped in also.

I was so close to voting Tiam, and then I tried to be too clever. I thought I would have a better shot at surviving night if I kept Tiam alive, then I could reveal as Tattersail and have them lynched myself.

And I so wanted to believe that Denul wasn't a low posting scum, despite all the evidence.

I'm so depressed. What was I thinking? So sorry Blend. I'd narrowed down Korabas to Toc or Shadowthrone. I figured I wasn't being guarded by them so they couldn't be Cotillion.

And here I thought I no,longer deserved the saboteur tag. This is my worst game in years.

If I and Shin had voted for Tiam, I wonder if Blend would have switched? They seemed pretty certain that Tiam was town. I guess Blend would probably have relented. Lol, grasping at straws.

I was prepared to hammer Denul in the same way I hammered Korbas. I even thought about putting the second vote on Denul but couldn't bring myself to do that in case someone voted for Korbas.
