Yes, and in the book trolls are big hulking humanoids and gnomes are sinister little yellow dudes, and in the show trolls are bubbly radiation mutants in gasmasks and gnomes are normal sized dudes w vaginas for mouths.

Only that last bit is a problem.

On a good show that would have been a so-so episode, but on this show that mighta been the best one so far.

Aside from the lousy dream sequence, and the braindead argument 20 feet from the end of the ledge rope, with their huge, highly visible destination right around the corner.

Anyway, the episode had some cool atmosphere, which is odd because it was the same director from last week.

You may be right, but they sure as hell wouldn't be able to introduce anything like either Brin's or Jair's version of the Wishsong under those circumstances. Then again, they've already proven they don't give a Damn about the original source material...
