Agreed, I hope he's ok too!

"medical issues" can be pretty wide ranging and the fact that he posted it probably means it wasn't unexpected or at least wasn't severe and immediate (ie a bad accident).

Probably just sick with a bad flu. I wouldn't feel much like completing combat rolls if I were under the weather!

I don't mind actually effecting the combat resolution later on tonight, but I don't have current game files and tbh I don't have time to go back and read the last 50 pages of this round to ascertain if everyone's upgrades, production, and everything like that is correct.

Can we make it a team effort then?

You folks have a quick look at the board and your player cards and confirm for me that it reflects the current pre-combat state of the game and I'll do the dice rolling later this evening.

Cool thanks. I think Morgoth and I are up to date too, more or less unless something changed since the previous update. I'm mostly concerned with the big complex battle with D'rek and tattersail et al. since there seemed to be some dispute surrounding upgrades.

I think the issue was with Khell's Cruisers which if I'm not mistaken are both destroyed during the current state of affairs. Why Tatts/IH/Gnaw opted to destroy the cruisers first is beyond me when they should have taken the starbases out first as they have 2 plasma cannons instead of the one and both have the same computers and same HP. Now they risk losing entirely because of that huge mistake.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

We are now at the end of Engagement 2. One of my starbases still has to fire, then we assign those hits (if any), and then move on to engagement 3.

So, just to clarify a bit more, currently I have:

3 Starbases.

Of which one has 1/3 health, and two have 3/3 health.

And attackers have:

2 Cruisers (one has 1/3 health, the other 3/3 health)

2 Interceptors (both have 1/1 health).


One starbase to shoot two plasma cannons with +1 computers. If one hits, I will destroy a cruiser. If both hit, I will destroy a cruiser and damage the other cruiser.

fires at tatts' cruiser, which takes 2 damage and is destroyed.

Tatts cruiser [4,4] 2 hits, 1 damage each - destroys one Khell starbase, damages one khell starbase
Gnaw interceptors fire [1][3], no hits for either
Khell starbases fire [4,5][1,3], 1 hit for 2 damage - damages tatts cruiser for 2.

305.4

Tatts cruiser [1,6], 1 hit, 1 damage, damages one khell starbase (which is now down to 1HP)

Slight typo in Gnaw's summary. Twelve's dreads have 4hp each, not 3.
Special orders from twelve - try to kill interceptors with missiles first, then cruisers. THEN go after cruisers in engagement rounds

304.0

IH starbase [3,3,4] 3 hits, 3 damage dealt to Twelve's dread
Twelve dreads [6,5][4,3] 4 hits 8 damage - 2 interceptors killed, cruiser damaged for 4

304.1
